You'll love this SURPRISE gem! Whether you're here for business and/or to enjoy the sunshine, this beautifully appointed 2,300 sq ft, 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation home with an office/den & 2-car garage home with WiFi & 4 Smart TVs. Enjoy a large backyard, fire pit, grill, 2 outdoor seating areas. Located really close to spring training baseball, stunning hiking trails, golfing, Wildlife World Zoo, Cardinals football.

This fully renovated modern house has it all from the resort-style furnishings, large and spacious rooms with Smart TVs and wifi, the fully-furnished kitchen and huge backyard to enjoy a fire pit, BBQ, play corn hole, or just relax in two distinct seating areas allow you to both relax and entertain. However, if you just have to work, the dedicated office space/den is complete with desk and seating, office supplies and you can shut the doors for privacy on those videoconference meetings.

Guests have full access to entirety of the home, the garage, and the backyard. The only exception is a small locked closet under the stairs for supplies.

Access to the home is through a keyless entry. We will be accessible for our guests either via text or through the VRBO app. Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every enquiry. Check-in details will be provided a few days prior to your arrival.

Quiet friendly neighborhood located close to golf courses, beautiful hiking trails, tons of restaurants. Located just 2 miles from Surprise Stadium (Spring Training Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers); 6.5 miles to Wildlife World Zoo & Aquarium; 17 miles to Westgate Entertainment District featuring Cardinals Stadium, Coyotes Arena, outlet stores; 17 miles to Camelback Ranch (Spring Training Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago White Sox); 18 freeway miles to Goodyear Ballpark (Spring Training Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians).

Parking is available in a 2-car garage or in the driveway. Phoenix Sky Harbor is approximately 40 minutes away, so a rental car is highly recommended. Uber & Lyft services are available at all times.

This was absolutely as pictured here. Clean in every single room. Pristine even! Owner was easy to get ahold of, great at communication, and got back to us very fast.Instructions for entering property were very easy to understand. Beds were comfortable, we slept very well, and master bathroom shower is AMAZING!! It's in a wonderful neighborhood too with easy and quick access to stores, restaurants, etc... My family’s stay at Angela’s place was perfect and just what we needed: a temporary home while we look for our new permanent home after a cross country move. The location was ideal, with multiple stores and places to eat nearby. The home had everything we needed for a longer stay, with an added bonus of age appropriate toys, books, and bedding for our little one! When we had a slight issue with the washing machine, Angela was immediately reachable and fixed the problem.

Home Away from Home!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO over Christmas! Our family, which included 5 adults, 1 child, and our dog, came to town to surprise my grandparents, and this home was the perfect base for our trip. The house was incredibly well-equipped – it had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and even pet-friendly touches for our dog.The spacious kitchen and open family room were a huge hit with our family. We spent so much time together cooking, eating, and relaxing in the cozy living area. But the real highlight was the backyard. It was a beautiful, peaceful space where we could all unwind and enjoy the holiday season.I was initially hesitant about sleeping on a Murphy bed, but I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was! It provided a great night’s sleep, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to rest.The host was fantastic, offering amazing communication throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of, and it made our visit even more enjoyable.Overall, we would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area, and we would definitely stay here again! It truly exceeded our expectations and made our Christmas trip unforgettable.

A perfect family reunion !

We were in town for a once-in-a-lifetime family reunion with people flying in from out of state and Europe. Angela's home was simply perfect ! The property is extremely clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything you may need, the rooms are very comfortable for kids of any age and the master bedroom shower is simply great. The location is close to Costco, Target, Sprouts and many other stores as well as the freeway. Thank you Angela, our family enjoyed a great vacation. We hope to be back one day.

Beautiful home in a perfect location!

My family and I visited Surprise for a few family events this summer and needed a place to relax with some down time in between parties and family activities. Angela's home in Surprise was the best decision we've made! The home was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything needed for 10 days. My 2 young boys enjoyed having their own room with a TV and their own beds, the master bedroom and bathroom was so comfortable after a long day out and about in the sun. The kitchen and living room area was the perfect set up. We were even able to cook a few meals and had all the necessary tools. I highly recommend any families looking for a relaxing space in Surprise. Also, the house is conveniently located next to many restaurants, grocery stores and freeway access. I will definitely be booking this beautiful home in the near future. Thanks for everything, Angela!

Our host, Angela, obviously takes great pride in her home. Her thought and effort that goes into making sure the home is well equipped, well appointed, clean, and very comfortable, absolutely shows. Beautiful and Exquisite Very Large Home.

This property is a Gem and Immaculately Clean. It was the perfect home away from home. Anglea the property owner was very attentive to any of our concerns if we had any. Her response to any emails or messages was very prompt. I would recommend this home for any family to stay in. It they will be in Suprise AZ. Beautiful home in a nice quiet neiborhood.

This home was absolutely perfect in every way. It was very clean and neat and well organized. The home was stocked with everything we needed in terms of cooking utensils, spices, paper towels and toilet paper. The yard was very nicely landscaped and we spent quite a bit of time setting on the patio in the evenings. Checking in and out went very smoothly. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who needs a nice comfy home. We stayed in the home two weeks and could complain about nothing. Oh, and the home had a doggy door for our poodle.

Very nice, comfortable, and very clean

We stayed five weeks in this very nicely renovated home. It was large enough to accommodate us and eight of our adult friends for a long weekend visit. The beds are very comfortable. The back yard, grill, and outdoor furniture were great for enjoying the warm weather. We were able to watch all of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament games on the large SMART TVs using our streaming service. Grocery stores including Costco are within 10 minutes of the rental. We liked that White Tank regional park was close for hiking. There are some nice golf courses within a 30 minute drive. Angela was quick to respond to any questions and made check in seamless with the information she provided before we arrived.
