An amazing find for us!

This completely renovated bungalow was a fantastic find. The location is great and only a few miles to anything and everything Phoenix. We had my 2 year old grandson with us and he enjoyed the backyard, it was very safe for him to run around play. The owner made sure we had everything we needed. We live in a small resort town on the river and like to come to the big city, we found our spot and will absolutely be returning!

They house had been remodeled recently. It had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was responsive and friendly. It's close to lots of restaurants and shopping. I recommend staying here.

Amazing stay at this clean duplex

This was a great rental and the best VRBO host we have ever had. I highly recommend it. To help you determine if this is the place for you here are my pros and cons. Pros Clean Closet in master bedroom - it is large. We were there for 9 days and could fully unload with lots of hanging space and shelves Gas stove - hooray Very responsive host - he was amazingly helpful and prompt - even when we accidentally locked ourselves out one day. Extras like laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash Condiments in fridge - mayo, ketchup, mustard, oil, coffee, creamer, etc. This is SO nice if you are planning on cooking or even just eating there. There were spices also. Air conditioning worked well (we had cooler weather) Nice location TJ & Whole Foods both 5 minute drive Central to baseball fields (we were here for a baseball tournament) Big island gave plenty of kitchen counter space Cons Not much bathroom counter space or storage, except pull-out drawer in bottom of cabinet - we made it work. More towel bars in bathroom would be helpful, especially if you have more than 2 people. Chairs were bar stools, not very comfy with low backs & small seats. Only other place to sit was large sectional - but it was comfy! Bed was high off floor - but it was comfy.

Lovely spot

This place is perfect for a small group to just hang out and relax. It’s roomy and clean, and everything is maintained very well. Location is spot on if you want to be close to a little of everything. Recommended!

This house is really nice! The remodel is amazing and great for kids. Overall loved it! Would stay here again. The modem kept needing to be reset and the audio wouldn’t work on the sound bar, but both easy fixes.

Pleasantly surprised!

We have been using "rentals" for 10 plus years and Kraigs rental was exactly as advertised. Clean, lots of storage for baggage, clothing, personal items etc. Off street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again!

Family Graduation Trip

Beautiful and clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Upon arriving, the home was cool and had a crisp clean lemon scent. This house was perfect for our trip, it met all of our expectations and beyond. The photos don’t fail to illustrate the cleanliness and beauty of the interior. Not to mention, Kraig, the owner, was professional and responsive. My family and I enjoyed the comfort of this home, as well as the amazing locations nearby. I recommend trying Novel Ice Cream and the restaurant Asi es La Vida which is nearby. I would definitely rent this home again! Don’t hesitate, this home won’t disappoint.
