CLEAN AND GOOD BREAKFAST

The facility and room were clean. The breakfast was plentiful and a good assortment. Room was clean upon arrival and nicely appointed. Kitchen had essentials for cooking. We stayed for 10 days and it was enjoyable and nice. Only issue with us was no sun in pool and hot tub area.

It was right where we needed it to be for the places we were going. Nice room, but a bit noisy from the freeway. Loved the breakfasts and social hour snacks.

Property was very clean and well maintained with very spacious rooms. Front desk staff was very friendly although it was difficult to get any cleaning staff to come to the room just to switch out towels and take out trash despite specifically asking at the front desk. Breakfast selections were alright but they unnecessarily put cheese on most things and I have a milk allergy so there weren't many things I could eat

Room I booked 3 months in advance not available??

I guess I expected more. I am not a difficult person by no means but I booked a 2 bedroom suite to be with my family. I booked almost 3 months in advance and they didn’t have the room available. There solution was 2 separate rooms. While I appreciate the effort, they didn’t give me any of my prepaid money back for the room I booked but just comped a separate room I didn’t want. Also, when you pack stuff as a family to stay together it is not convenient at all to bounce back and forth. Not something I want to do again. In addition, not the cleanest place I stayed. Stained pillowcases are never okay.

Relaxing stay

Our stay has been nice and relaxing. Our son had few appts at Phx Children Hospital and the hotel is so convenient because is close by. We got the studio king size kitchen/bath accessible for our son who is on wheelchair and the room is so spacious no trouble for him to move around. We like the breakfast that is provided and everything tasted good.

Overall nice large rooms. Everything was fine, staff were friendly. Disappointed there were no restaurants near by and didn't have any alcohol on site. Didn't have a car, so had to Uber and door dash. No shuttle to and from airport.
