The Copper Haven: Luxurious Heated Salt Pool & Spa w/ Game Room

We believe vacation and time away from normal life is when some of the longest lasting memories are made. With that in mind, this home was tastefully renovated to create a space worthy of those memories. Here are some highlights:

Access: Home is equipped with a smart lock and Smart Garage Door. You will be provided your own codes to use which for your safety will only provide access during the times of your stay.

Pool/Spa: Bring your swimsuits for the HEATED saltwater pool! Saltwater pools maintain a lower chemical level that is gentler on skin, hair, and eyes compared with traditional chlorine pools.

Pool/Spa Heating & Fee: To accommodate preference and budgets, we offer options when it comes to Pool and Spa Heating. The fees vary by month and desired temperature. We make every attempt to be flexible and accommodate changes in desired temperatures based on things like abnormal weather during the stay, but keep in mind it does take time to change the temperature of a pool. Here are the heating options we offer:

A - Spa set to 101° F / Pool set to 90°
B - Spa set to 101° F / Pool set to 85°
C - Spa set to 101° F / Pool set to 80°
L (Luxury)- Spa set to 101° F / Pool set to 95°

This charge will be handled separately as a payment request and will not be included in the initial booking. It is applied to all nights of the booking, not offered for a portion of the stay.

TV + Streaming: There are 2 large indoor TVs and a 60" outdoor TV for your use. All are equipped with Apple TV for simplicity of use. While no cable service is provided, the home comes with a logged in subscription to YouTube TV to ensure all major television channels are accessible. This provides most everything cable would plus extras! You may also log in for any of your personal streaming apps.
Pool Safety: All doors leading to the back yard are self-closing and have raised handles to open. Additionally, emergency pool safety equipment is provided. Please follow pool rules for your safety.

Backyard Fire Pit: Enjoy the ambiance and warmth of the 2 gas fire features.

BBQ grill: Propane BBQ grill is ready for your grilling pleasure but is fed from main tank to ensure plenty of fuel.

Mattresses: All Mattresses are of high-quality memory foam. They tend toward the firm side to provide the support needed by some guests and comfort for all. Each mattress is protected with a hypoallergenic mattress cover for your health and safety.

Pillows: Each sleeping position is equipped with 2 pillows (1 thick/full; 1 thin) for your choice. All sleeping pillows are covered with hypoallergenic pillow protectors for your health and safety.

Towels: Plenty of towels will be provided for your stay. These include bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen rags, dish rags, and pool towels. Lack of towels will not be an issue.

Water Softening/Conditioning: Phoenix is known for having hard water. This home is equipped with a full home water softener and conditioner which you will certainly enjoy. It aids in the effectiveness of soaps and detergents as well as avoids a mineral build-up feeling on skin and hair after showering.

Toiletries: Includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, and makeup removing towelettes

Hairdryers: 2 professional-grade hairdryers are provided

Kitchen Items: Oven, Range, Full-sized refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser, Dishwasher, Microwave, K-cup + standard coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender. Well-equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.

Laundering: Washing Machine and Dryer for your use with detergent provided.

This home is registered and approved for short term rental use with the City of Phoenix.
