The representative (I can't remember her name unfortunately) that met us at check was fantastic and helped organize all our needs. The added bonus was I booked this through Marriott, which I will do again as it contributed to my status. The only negative, and it is very minor, is that the gym equipment (treadmill and eliptical) didn't work. That is literally the only minor thing that wasn't perfect. When I come back to Playa, I will definitely be staying here again if it is available.

The condo is near some of the nicest restaurants and bars in 5 ave. The car parking garage was specious and easily accessible from the same elevator. Roof top pool and gym was nice too. Jacobo the security guard was very friendly and very informative. we will definitely be back soon.

Reviewer Comments: Although centrally located near 10th and 5th Avenues, that's the only good thing. I was disappointed that this was an endorsed Marriott property. Did not receive the value for the high cost. Forget about communications. Terrible at email and texts and phone. Everything is subcontracted and you never know who you're dealing with. Too sketchy.
