Excellent location
The location of this property is absolutely perfect—right on the beach, with breathtaking views and easy access to the water. Home is conveniently located five minutes away from the main street with all the bars and restaurants. However, the home itself felt much older than advertised. While the charm of an older home can be nice, some areas could use updates and maintenance to meet modern standards. If you prioritize location above all else, this is a great choice, but keep in mind that the interior may not match the expectations.

Minnesota Girls Trip
We have been coming to Xaman Ha for years and have stayed in many condos however this condo by far is our favorite. There is a lot of room in the condo for all including guests that come over frequently. Cleaning (Karina) and water services were fabulous. Met Oscar, the property mgr, the first day. Had an issue with the safe and he solved it for us immediately. The property needs a little work/updating but nothing major. We will definately stay here again next February as soon as the calendar opens up to reserve it!!!

Xaman Ha used to be a nice place to stay. Now I would suggest to stay away. This unit and this property have declined drastically since our first stay in 2016. Our safe didn’t work due to dead batteries. No maid service, not even garbage removal during our 6 day stay. Basically gross

2nd Time at Xaman Ha
This was our second time at the Xaman Ha complex. It was my husband, me and our two children in their 20s. The location and grounds/beach area are really the best! The staff are also very friendly and diligent. The pool area and swimup bar are fun. We did miss the volleyball net (probably because more and more beach is being lost). Still this complex is impacted less than many others. This particular condo is situated at the north end and gets an amazing breeze and view of the sunrise. Renting the unit was easy and the communication was extremely quick. The unit itself is a little more dated than the pictures indicate and the windows to the north were either dirty or just old so you have to open the door to really take it in. There are a few puzzles, salt, and coffee filters as well as all the cooking pots/pans/etc. you need and a blender. I wish they provided a few cleaning supplies . We will stay at Xaman Ha again. I still think it is the best location. This unit is also nice being on the end with views and a breeze.

Nice but needs some TLC.
Great location. Kitchen needs a renovation. Fridge was leaking water all the time and counters should be replaced. Air conditioner in main bedroom was extremely loud. There was no safe key upon arrival and safe quit working on last few days. Enjoyed our stay but these issues should be addressed

Beautiful, bright beachfront property!
This was a lovely property to stay at! It is just steps away from the ocean, it’s bright clean, and cheerful, has laundry, and is a quick walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The host was great and provided prompt responses to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this spot!

The location is fantastic... steps to beach, pool, and lots of great shopping and restaurants. The space is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, blenders ... everything. Would highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation
This property would have been perfect...unfortunately while it did have two full baths only the shower in the master bedroom was functional. The other shower was so badly clogged that it could not be used. We called the property manager and they explained that it is a known issue with this property and that it could not be fixed without tearing down walls and redoing the plumbing. We made it work with the one shower but when you have six people in one beach condo....two is definitely better than one. Besides, we believed we were paying for two fully functional bathrooms (this included the showers).
