Room was terribly small. The whole building made me feel like I was at a motel and not a holiday inn. Carpet was gross. Towels were so stiff. Couldn't get anyone on the phone when I tried to call back about the flowers I left behind. Checked out less than an hour before. But they did have two vanilla creamers with the coffee machine.

A young lady named Remi (sp.?) checked me in on 1.23.2026 and then when I went downstairs a little later there were no guests at the front desk, so we chatted for a while. The check in was flawless and we had a great chat. She is bright, professional and just a great person and the kind of person who well represents the hotel. Please tell her I said hello.
