As you enter Villa Serenity Now, the open space of the walled courtyard greets you, perhaps with the serene sounds of water tricking from the walled fountain. The stately residence door leads to an expansive copper-marbled columned hallway captivating you with the panoramic ocean view that immediately draws you through the home. Outdoor living in Villa Serenity Now is second-to-none. The Great Room features spectacular views to the beautiful Caribbean with large glass walls that open up nearly 30 feet, unobstructed. Take a few steps to the spacious patios, pool, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and beach area, the ocean views are breathtaking. The large glass tile salt water swimming pool features 2 love seats plus in-pool bench with seating for 8. Make your way down the floating staircase from either of the two master bedrooms to the hot tub, take a seat to enjoy. We aim to spoil you!

For the most discriminating guests, you will enjoy the detailed craftsmanship throughout. Architectural stone columns, volume ceilings and natural wood cabinetry-hand-selected by the owner from the Yucatan jungle. Onyx statuary and beautiful stonework and tile detail adorn the walls and hallways, complimented by beautiful artwork. Each bedroom includes an individually controlled air-conditioning system, and ceiling fan, soft indirect lighting, black-out shades and/or window coverings, 55 to 65 inch Smart TVs in the bedrooms, Alexa enabled devices and USB outlets. Personal amenities include luxury 800 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets, plush towels, and exquisite toiletries.

The Epicurean kitchen is a chef’s delight! A 13-foot granite breakfast bar accommodates seating for 8 and has ample room for a large family feast. and added seating for another 8 on the patio. Artisan onyx pendant lighting and arched recessed niches with under-mount lighting enhance the architectural detail. The professional Bertezoni 6 burner cooktop with griddle, pot-filler faucet are complimented by three separate ovens, large microwave, large refrigerator, air fryer and a multitude of small appliances to provide for every convenience.

Enjoy the adjacent outdoor covered dining area which provides for the perfect al fresco experience with seating for 8 plus! A barbeque and sink are available for your convenience as well.

The comfortable and spacious great room with convertible seating is ideal for movie night, with a 75- inch TV and built-in speakers! The adjoining open bar boasts a sit-up granite counter, wine cooler, and sink.

The full-length glass wall in the great room brings the outside in and provides such an outstanding view, you’ll never want to leave this luxurious oasis. Glass walls open to a covered patio and a beautiful salt-water pool with privacy walls. With plenty of outdoor lounge chairs and pool toys you’ll enjoy lazy days of fun in the sun!

The en`suite master bedroom affords a romantic private retreat complete with volume ceilings, wall-to-wall glass sliding doors leading to a spacious balcony and lounge seating with a view of the ocean horizon as far as the eye can see. The adjoining master bath is complimented by floor to ceiling decorator tile and double raised sinks with nickel plated fixtures. A walk-in shower is accessorized by dual rainfall shower heads. And there is plenty of closet space in the walk-in wardrobe with closet system and shelving.

The second en’suite master bedroom features glass walls with ocean views from the full-length wall-to-wall glass sliding doors. Enjoy the adjoining designer bathroom complete with his and her sinks, floor-to-ceiling tile, Euro-jetted soaking tub and walk-in shower with dual shower heads, rainfall and handheld. A walk-in wardrobe also provides generous closet space.

Two additional spacious bedrooms provide sleeping for four with two full-sized beds, a chifforobe, dressing area, ample drawers, and a wall length bench with luggage and shoe storage. One bedroom is on the first level with an identical bedroom on the second level. Adjoining each bedroom is a spacious decorator bathroom boasting double sinks, and a walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and compartmentalized toilet.

A large powder room off of the main hallway boasts artisan crafted stone vessel sinks a mirrored vanity, and extra storage space.

The detached, upstairs Casita is completely self-contained and is perfect for large families or additional guests. A kitchenette, mini refrigerator and stove provide for complete convenience without the necessity to access the main house. There are two full-sized beds in a spacious room with an adjoining bathroom complete with vanity sink, and an extra-large walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead.

Take in the spectacular view, the sights and sounds of your surroundings, breath the ocean air and look out into the blue/aqua Caribbean waters. Enjoy entertaining, cooking, serving drinks, sitting around the large island for breakfast or creating a romantic environment. This Smart Home also incorporates “Alexa” throughout. Simply choose from a menu of commands and create lighting scenes for various times throughout the day and evening to set the perfect ambiance. Combine your ambiance with music from the entertainment center and you’re all set with 10 controlled zones and 40 speakers placed strategically throughout the home.

Accommodations are perfectly suited for 4 or 5 couples but can accommodate families and more people if needed , however the home has a maximum limit of 10 adults. The two master bedrooms are designed for couples with king size beds in each, while the other 2 guest bedrooms and Casita each have two double beds. So, depending upon group size, the guest rooms may accommodate four to six children in whereas some of the kids would be doubled up.
