Beautiful property and grounds, the room was fantastic, and we could watch sunset from our balcony. Housekeeping was very odd, and did not clean properly, we had to keep having them come in after they had ‘cleaned’. THERE IS NO SANDY BEACH. There’s are no sandy beaches on, near, or walkable to the property. It’s all very rocky, and the water is very rocky as well, so water shoes are a must. There are also no running/walking trails, though the gym is breathtaking. If you go to the timeshare/residence ownership presentation: they will literally stalk you. We did end up buying and the salesperson literally stalked us the entire time we were there. We found out from the valet that he was regularly asking if we were at the pool, or at the restaurant. At one point we were in the water at the beach and saw him waiting for us for an hour! Not talking to anyone else, just waiting for us at the pool. He would constantly WhatsApp trying to join us for breakfast, lunch, take us on day trips. It was very very creepy, especially as we were two women, with 2 kids. That was the only real downside.

Family vacation for myself and myvtwo children, and the experience was wonderful once again! We had a great time hiking with Rodrigo & Mike, and Juan & Xavier provided exceptional service. Every staff member who works here is super friendly. We were made to feel welcome. Our room was just a basic two bed ocean view. That was all we needed. The room was nice, clean. The beds were comfortable. The view was spectacular. Our children and their families stayed in panoramic suites and they were awesome. So much room. The food was excellent. Room service was great. Pool side service was great. The weather was great. We would definitely book another vacation here.

The food is excellent and better than most other resorts. But need to reserve at least 3 months ahead to get a good reservation time. (please reserve in advance on their website and skip the room number). or you will order mostly room service. Should try the restaurant at HOTEL MOUSAI (HIROSHI is always fully booked) WIFI is slow and just slow. No phone reception in the area. If someone needs to work online, please consider other property. Please verify your room before you dine at HOTEL MOUSAI restaurants to avoid extra costs with the ALL INCLUSIVE. Looking forward to trying Garza Blanca at Cabo and Cancun.

Would not recommend if you have children. Dining is extremely limited with only 2 or 3 options. The best restaurants available were adults only which left us eating at the same places over and over again. Not exactly 5 star experience even though we paid 5 star prices! Also, the sales staff was extremely aggressive. We started calling the area next to the lobby where they were “the kill box” as it was the only passage to the pool and you are forced to pass by them several times a day. Overall, this might be an option for adults but I would strongly recommend families with younger children explore other options.

The view was amazing and the staff were wonderful. My only complaint was through Expedia it lists as All-Inclusive but that is an additional charge that I was made aware of 2 weeks before my trip.

Our family really enjoyed our trip to PV Garza Blanca. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. The rooms may need a little bit of upgrading, but the rest of the property was clean and nice. We will definitely be back to stay.

Its a beautiful property, just very large and everything is far apart. Youll need a cab to go anywhere. Room was beautiful, spa was very nice , food was OK. Be prepared that everything is up and down hills.

The property is fantastic. It’s close to the main downtown. We had a 2 Br panoramic suite, which are great if you are not on the lower floor. We were allotted a lower floor which was surrounded by vegetation. Next day we were moved to a higher floor and it was perfect. The food is great and the service is fantastic.
