The rooms were very clean and overall the amenities were great! Not everyone seemed super friendly some of the waiters were better than others. Food was ok, the restaurants were all very good and the buffets had enough to find something to eat.

Food was a hit or miss depending on which restaurant you hit up. Compared to other all-inclusive resorts we've frequented, the buffet was not open every meal and did not have as much variety, but the breakfast quesadilla station did make up for it every morning. Room was much nicer compared to other properties, but my shower kept flooding, not sure if it was due to poor design of the glass door opening. The balcony was very nice and larger than most. Mini bar snacks and drinks were minimal compared to other resorts. We did enjoy the onsite Starbucks cafe and market. The Starbucks cafe drinks were extra but the market had some desserts, fruit cups, sandwiches, and salads if you didn't want to wait for room service late at night. Entertainment and activities were a great touch. There seemed to be something interesting and different offered our whole trip. Spa experience was my favorite. We did the Experience Of The Pacific (included a scrub, mud body wrap, and massage). Service, overall was great from housekeeping/bar/rest staff. Front desk was a bit all over the place. After 3 different interactions, the general consensus is the staff doesn't seem to care for you much if you didn't book with them directly through Hilton Honors. Booking through Expedia, they would not recognize your status (understood we would not receive the points but wanted it on our history so we can reference this property when booking for future trips) and gave very poor attitude and explanation.

This is the 4th time I have stayed at this property. It’s beautiful, the food is great, and the staff goes far and beyond. I have stayed at 4 other hotels in PV, and by far, I highly recommend this location. I also like that it’s close to the romantic zone, and all the rooms have views of the ocean. I definitely recommend you check out this resort!

The staff were phenomenal and yes they deserve tips. Please do. The property was very clean but is starting to show its age, could use some maintenance and renovation. Food options were great, pools were nice, activities were fun, loved the stay. Will definitely go again.

The staff at the hotel was definitely not friendly when they encountered that our reservation was booked via third party. The rooms were not a Hilton standard of cleaniness. Being an all inclusive hotel, we brought peso and USD cash to tip but no one on property had change.

What was extremely frustrating about the Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort, Puerto Vallarta was the nighttime beach activities. One night the hotel hosted a guest karaoke event. The "singers" were drunk, sang horribly, and the loud speaker system was cranked up to the volume you would hear at a football stadium. What was worse is that it continued till past 10pm. We came to the beach to enjoy fun in the sun and relaxation at night. It was so loud and disgusting that we had to close our balcony doors and turn on the TV to drown out their noise. On another night fireworks were shot off about 11pm. This was not during spring break either. It was in Feburary. I wouldn't advise staying here unless you like that sort of thing and don't just want to relax on the beach or on your balcony of an evening. The staff however, were very nice and accomodating .

My wife and I went on the holiday with our daughter, husband and grandchildren, age 3 and 10 months. The staff was great, catering to the kids making sure everything we did was perfect. Came here on our babymoon. Nothing spectacular. Food was pretty much the same from Wednesday to Sunday. Variety was very limited, menu stayed the same every night and the food was pretty bland. Check in was nothing special , the ladies seemed like they were ready to get off and weren’t the friendless to us. Our room floor was pretty dirty with sand and water on the floor as soon as we walked in. There was nothing exciting about the room to rave about , it was pretty regular. The bed was comfy. Room service was okay , there were two nights we asked for bottle water to be brought up and it never came. The pool area is nice and it was right by the beach. The staff at the restaurants and around the pool were friendly and that was nice to see. Would I come back , no. I would come back to the city though , I would just stay somewhere different.
