The food options are limited and quite plain, nothing special. There were bugs around the food, which was unpleasant. The room is nice with a great view, but it feels a bit humid. The dehumidifier is quite loud, which can be disturbing.

The beach did not disappoint- safe and calm. Food was delicious and the Enclave VIP was so worth it. Been coming to PV for years and this is our new favorite spot.

I stayed at my Hilton Vallarta Riviera for 7 days with my 9 and 4 year old. They have plenty of food options, but the food was ok. We dined at all restaurants, except the Mexican restaurant. The only one I would say was really good is the Asian restaurant. The flank steak at the steakhouse was also really good. Everything else was ok. Vela was always very busy during breakfast. Pros: -The staff was really nice. -You don't have to leave the property. Lots of entertainment, even at night. -My kids loved the game and lounge area that they have on the 12th floor. -The property is beautiful and the beach was spectacular. The sunset was beautiful to see every night. -Lots of food options for dinner. Cons: - So many mosquitoes, especially by the pool. By the end of the first night our legs were covered in mosquito bites. - You have to pay extra for the good seafood, and the options they did have at the buffets were not great. Even what was made at the seafood restaurant, which we were able to get into once wasn't great. I wish they had fish tacos, which it seems like everyone wanted at the food truck. Instead you had to go to the seafood restaurant, which one was only open and lunch and had a long wait. - Not a lot of variety of fruits. I was surprised to not see mango anywhere - Not great options for TV, only cable with very limited options if you don't speak spanish. There should be an option to sign into Netflix or another app, but the TV doesn't allow this.

Our group of 10 adults had an amazing time here! The service everywhere was excellent and the food options and quality were really good. The beach area is really nice - there are rocks that keep the big waves from breaking so it’s nice and calm. The pool and swim up bar were great. We did the Enclave upgrade and really enjoyed using the private lounge that came with that, including for breakfast. 10/10 would stay here again.

Staying in Hilton Resort was a fabulous choice. We had excellent drinks and service from Wendy. On our last night we had a celebration dinner prepared by Chef Victor at MAXAL. The steak was tender and succulent. Thank you to captain Luis for organizing the dinner. Also server Axael and Bryan for your impeccable service.

All dining options and bars close by 10:30-11:00. Food and facilities not up to Hilton standards. I understand Hilton has acquired this property not too long back, not sure when though. We had two rooms booked for a family of 5 - were given rooms on different floors - 7 and 11!! Very inconvenient - what's the point of booking two rooms under the same booking if you won't put us even on the same floor.

The staff is terrific from check in to check out. Very attentive and friendly. I thought the food was very good, varied and always available. We mostly visited the buffet, my husband prefers this over the dining experience. The restaurants were open air it was very warm for dinner reservations. Pool and bar staff were great. I highly recommend floating out in the bay, warm water, gentle waves, so relaxing. I do believe the pools are due for an update as the tiling is worn and missing in some spots. I’d also like to see the playroom have longer hours for the littles. It was very difficult to walk by with our two year old who couldn’t go in when she saw other children playing inside. They were only allowed in twice daily during posted hours. We learned the hours and avoided walking past during off times. Overall it’s a great resort, with friendly hard working staff, comfortable beds), good food, and a beautiful beach location. Our family of eight (2-72) had a great time.

Had a wonderful family vacation at the Hilton Vallarta! Jose, Edgar and Daniel took wonderful care of us poolside always checked on us and made sure we had what we needed . Our mornings were wonderful at the buffet with Esmeralda, Juan and Pedro. Asked how our day was and knew what we would want to drink! We were a group of 8 from 2yrs to 72. It is a family friendly resort and mellow everything shuts down around 11 so if you are a night owl then this place is not for you. It was perfect for our group and needs. The beach was beautiful and brought snorkel gear to see some pretty cool fish. The pool is in need of repair but we still had a great time. Everyone who works there was very friendly! The night server at the buffet was so kind and patient with the 2 year old. I just can’t remember his name! I would love to go back!

La atención de los meseros está increible, la comida deliciosa y el mar genial, lo único malísimo que opacó todo lo anterior es que si llegas antes de la hora check in, tienes que pagar por persona por hora para poder disfrutar de las instalaciones y es exactamente igual en la salida, jamás nos había pasado con algún otro hotel todo incluido. The staff were exceptional and very attentive. Guest services checked on us periodically after we reported an undesirable condition in our room and made sure the rest of our stay was comfortable. The restaurant staff were wonderful and the food was very good. The people serving at the pool and beach area were amazing and always made sure we had food and drinks and provided shade. Please, even though the property is all inclusive, show appreciation for their hard work with tips. They deserve it!
