Fantastic space, loved having access to laundry facilities. The apartment space was cozy and quite large. Walkability was wonderful! The airport was the only car we took, everything we wanted to see was less than a 30 minute walk.

Nice apartment

Nice apartment close to restaurants in the Port area. It would’ve been nice to have supplies to make coffee. Also, there are no shops close by. Be prepared to walk a distance to purchase groceries. The check-in process was a little confusing because you must complete the online check in to get the access code. Our call was answered and we received the information necessary.

Size was very comfortable and bright - could use a few things to warm it up and create a softer more inviting atmosphere - small things like dimmer switch on lighting and coffee with filters to make the space more lived in and homey without loosing it’s neat orderly vibe. Also some curtains to add warmth and personality

This is a newly renovated property. There were no issues with check in over the email. The beds are huge and comfortable and rooms are very clean. It is within walking distance to the touristy area of the Old Quebec City, however, it is an uphill walk, so I would not recommend for elderly or people with trouble walking. The only other downside I see is that there are no free luggage storage.

This property is located by the wharf and affords access to many dining options. The only complaint that I have is that I paid for "reserved" parking prior to the trip but this was an open public lot so it was hit or miss whether I could get a spot. Several times we had to circle the lot which was stressful.

Overall a great location. When we arrived there were dirty socks from the previous occupants hanging in the window. We were in unit BA300. We suggest the property owners install curtains as the three sets of windows face offices at the Museum of Civilization, so there is little sense of privacy, also it is full sun so even with the AC it was hot. Next, my wife and I have bruises on our shins as they have a King Size bed frame and a queen size mattress so the edges of the bed frame caught us a few times.

I reserved this on the same day through Expedia so not sure who to blame. I had a confirmation of the reservation but unbeknownst to me I needed a door code and room code to access property. There is no check in desk. Expedia did not provide my email to them send it so it was never sent. I got there and no access to my room. Even after calling repeatedly the email was not coming through. Their fault, email server fault? Who knows? It was a nightmare. The room was clean and comfortable as well as convenient location.

The apartment was sparkling clean, comfortable beds and bed linens, nice big walk in shower with good water pressure. Kitchen was fully equipped although could use more condiments and a welcome coffee/tea kit. The location was perfect, close to everything with many dining options nearby. The only downside is parking, it was a bit of hassle: street parking is difficult and expensive, nearby paid parking get filled up too quickly. The only consistently available parking lot is about 8 min walk away, and you can pay only until 7 am.

This loft was in an excellent location perfectly situated for exploring old Quebec. However there are a few concerns that I must note. Communication with the property manager both prior to check in and during the stay is nearly impossible. I contacted about early check in multiple times and was continuously told to check back the next day. On the day of check in, I inquired again in the morning and they did not respond until we had arrived in Quebec in the late afternoon. Our request was not accommodated. Once we did check in, we found that the listing was misrepresented. We booked a loft with two bedrooms. Instead we had to open rooms facing each other that were separated by curtains. There was no privacy. This worked okay for a girls trip, but would have been unacceptable if traveling with couples or a family. On the last day, I inquired about checking out an hour late, because my sister was storing breast milk in the fridge. We did not want it to spoil in our luggage prior to leaving for the airport. The property manager assured me that they put in our request and would message us back. They never did. I called the phone number of the property manager the next morning and was immediately put on hold. After 45 minutes waiting, we needed to leave in order to make our check out time. This is a clean and well located property, but it’s not worth the frustration. Book elsewhere.
