Yes upgraded to a deluxe king room and it was nicely furnished and a good size with a lovely view.the mattress was hard springs, uneven and needed a mattress.Topper would have expected a little bit higher quality for the price.

Only one garage elevator worked and we had to park on the 9th floor due to nothing available. Then once checked it it took about 12minitws to get an elevator and only one was working. Then we get to our room and it’s the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Upon checkout we again waited 15mins for an elevator for one to arrive crowded unable to carry us all. We than proceeded to a staircase and ended up in an employee only stairwell

Multiple elevators were not working. There was a constant line to go up to rooms. At one point we waited fifteen minutes for an elevator to go down, before we decided to take the stairs which exited onto the street. Not a clean stairway at all either, then we walked to reenter the casino. This is a huge downgrade from the Grand Sierra across town.

All the Staff that we encountered were absolutely amazing (front desk, maintenance man, bar tender’s, security guards & housekeepers) were so helpful! The property was clean, the access from parking to the hotel was convenient and the music at the bar was great.
