Great Value - 2 BDRM Sleeps 4 - Onsite parking!

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Located close to Seabreeze and Lake Ontario -- outdoor activities galore are at your fingertips. Biking, walking / running, boating, with quick access to the beach!

Upstairs are two bedrooms, with three beds plus a full bathroom. Please note that access to the second bedroom is through the bedroom with two beds.

Parking is onsite, right next to the house.

NOTE: Since the staircase to the second floor accesses one bedroom directly, as you can see in the photos, for safety reasons this may not be appropriate accommodation for small children.

One pet welcome if approved - please enquire with host. $20/night pet fee will be requested separately prior to your arrival.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $150 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome but must stay off furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

The property was clean and the couch was super comfy. We had our small dog with us and there is a nice fenced yard. Be aware that there are dogs next door so keep and eye on your pup. The kitchen was bare bones equiped. Not a lot of cooking utensils and no spices except for salt and pepper. I guess I'm used to VRBO's that have spices, cooking oil,etc.perhaps left by previous renters. These are minor issues. My one big complaint was how uncomfortable the beds were...I have significant back and neck issues and I couldn't move my neck without experiencing severe muscle spasms by the end of the week.i encourage you to invest in some good mattresses.If there were more comfortable beds we would definitely stay there again.

This place is 10/10, very clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you could need. The bathroom shower has amazing water pressure. The bed was very comfortable, the sectional couch was a plus too. We loved being able to sit out back and just relax. My husband and I will definitely be staying here again.

2 Bedroms?

Wir hatte eine gute Zeit in Topper drive. Allerdings war die Erwartung an die versprochenen "2 bedrooms" eine andere: Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer vermutet. Innerhalb des ganzen Wohnbereiches gab es 2 TĂŒren: 1e zum einzigen Schlafzimmer und 1e zur Toilette jeweils im oberen Wohnbereich. Davor befanden sich nach Hinaufsteigen in den oberen Wohnbereich 2 Betten. An diesen mussten alle vorbei, die auf die Toilette mussten. Somit bestand keine wirkliche PrivatsphĂ€re, die man sich als Ehepaar mit 2 Kindern in einem kleinen Haus wĂŒnscht. Die Treppe und das Holz im Haus knarrten ernorm. Wir haben uns zusammen gerauft. Die Beschreibung 2 Schlafzimmer ist mindestens irrefĂŒhrend.

Great for Sea Breeze /Beach trip

Was in town for a wedding and needed a place for a few nights to sleep. House was older but decorated very cute with basic necessities. Each room had an ac which was greatly appreciated, as it was extremely hot. If you're going to Sea Breeze you can see the Jack Rabbit from front porch. Back yard was a nice surprise for location and my favorite breakfast diner was right down road. Cant beat for the price compared to hotel. Didnt have an opportunity to cook but was able to wash a load of laundry, which was nice.

College Visit

We needed a place for our family and pets close to St John Fisher and this home slept us all comfortably and we can see in the spring and summer that there is a lot to do within walking distance of the house. We look forward to staying there again if available.

Cute Property

I came to Rochester, NY with my mom and adult daughter to site see and visit an old family friend. This place was the perfect size for three adults. Super clean and close to attractions. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. Very happy with our stay.

NOT GIVEN ACCESS TO HOUSE AND NO REFUND ISSUED

After multiple attempts to reach the property owner via the app and calling VRBO to get them to contact host (4 different VRBO representatives were unable to reach host), I had to scramble to get a hotel room. The host them emailed saying they had sent me information (I searched my spam folder, etc.) and there was no explanation as to why they didn't respond to me via the app or why they didn't respond to the VRBO representatives. Further, I have not received a refund since I was told that the money was paid directly to the host. I have been back and forth with VRBO and have not received my money back or been paid for the hotel I had to book to have a place to stay. It was a terrible experience.
