Not a very nice girl at check in! Computer says free parking! When we got here , she tells us it’s 4 dollars a day to park! She didn’t care what the computer said! I asked her for some more coffee. She gave me 2 k cups, and said that’s all she had! (Really) that’s a lot of money for 2 k cups !!!!

Dear Anonymous. We are so sorry for the trouble you had during your recent stay. Unfortunately we do charge for parking and it is normally $10.00 per night but due to the work being done on the garage the city has temporarily lowered it to $4.00. Can you tell me where you saw it for free so we can correct that for future guests?

It was very quiet despite being in the middle of downtown.
The pool was terribly cold and small. It was very disappointing to not get free breakfast and parking. I expected it with the price that we paid.

We are so sorry you found the pool cold and small. We do keep the pool area at 87 and the pool at 84 but I will have maintenance check it to make sure it is at proper temp.
As far as breakfast and parking go we do offer rates that include breakfast and parking at a discounted price so that could be an option in the future. We priced both our breakfast and parking based on the other hotels downtown and we are happy to report we are significantly less expensive than they are..
We hope you give us another chance the next time you are in Rochester.

They should make breakfast free. I was not happy about this at all. The girl did nothing except bring us coffee, and we had to tip. I can serve myself continental breakfast especially when it is out in the open for the guests. I do not think it is fair to pay for cereal and they are labeling it as an "adult buffet". I paid almost $500 for two nights, so I should not have to pay for breakfast along with that expensive cost.
