Brand new, Hip, Charming Pacific Beach studio. The unit is in the back of the blue building, towards the Morrell St. side, the studio entrance is close to the grapefruit tree. Stay in a safe, relaxed neighborhood. Only 1.1 miles to the BEACH, near Mission Bay and Crystal Pier. Mosey in the sand, surf the waves, shop til you drop, visit one of the many microbreweries or trendy restaurants in the area. Plenty of beach bars, cafĂšs and nightclubs to go exploring. ONLY 10 blocks to the beach, close to the famous Pacific Beach boardwalk, Crystal Pier and near Mission Bay. Short-Term Residential Occupancy License: STR-06948L.
There is no A/C but being so close to the beach, you get a great sea breeze, but just in case, there is a portable fan (stored in the closet).
Comfortable and charming studio, quiet, clean, and safe. Close enough to everything but yet far enough to chill out and recover after a long day at the beach! Brand New Comfy queen bed, WiFi, Amazon Fire Stick TV, full kitchen, plenty of street parking with no time limits.

Should be removed from the platform

Upon trying to check in we put the assigned door code in and the door unlocked we found a man in the bed fully living there. We were traumatized as I’m sure was he. Apparently he had a long term stay thru another platform. The property manager was not apologetic whatsoever and the furthest thing from helpful. Explained to us how “this happens from time to time when the calendars don’t sync.” Francesca should never be able to host on VRBO or other platforms again and is lucky that she is not getting sued.

Great location

I stayed in San Diego for a couple days to work on a tattoo at a nearby shop. The location was great and a close walk everywhere. I was able to get an early check-in right after my flight after double checking with the property manager. The only real complaint I have was that it would get stuffy during the day and relatively warm when I got home during the night. Fortunately, they provide an air fan that helped with it. Overall, would recommend the stay.

Great for a short trip!

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly as it does in pictures. It was a bit hot at night- but we expected that with no AC. They did provide a fan which helped! Raquel was very helpful during out stay. Did the trick for a short stay where we were out discovering all of San Diego!

Tidy little crash pad

We were in town for some doctors appointments and I stayed here with my son. It's a petite little pad that has basic amenities, one full bed, and no outdoor space. It was great for us because we were either at appointments or making the most of the beaches. A quick drive to all the tourist spots in SD, which we made the most of while we were there. Easy check-in and good communication.
