Your San Diego adventure begins at this 4-bedroom condo, right on the beach. Inside, guests find a wonderful mix of sleeping options including a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, pull out sleeper and futon. Ample seating and sleeping perfect for families or groups. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub and all bathrooms have showers. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal in this large kitchen, this phenomenal condo offers a welcoming retreat. Freshly renovated Oct 2025 — oceanfront Mission Beach condo steps to the Pacific Ocean & boardwalk. Sleeps up to 11 guests (12 if you make up the second couch as a twin) ‱ 3 baths ‱ Enjoy two private decks with ocean views and a BBQ. This rental is primarily on the second floor with a third story loft and deck.

Just one-tenth of a mile across the street to the calm Mission Bay beach and walkways, perfect for paddleboarding, kids, or sunset walks. Also near the Mission Beach Business District, filled with casual cafĂ©s, restaurants, and neighborhood bars. Walk less than a mile south to Historic Belmont Park and the indoor swimming area, or less than a mile north to Pacific Beach nightlife and a full-sized grocery store. On the bay side, it’s about a one-mile walk to boat and watercraft rentals.

Master Bedroom (King): Ensuite bath with jetted tub + separate shower, ample closet, Smart TV, and a private non-ocean-facing deck—perfect for morning coffee or an outdoor smoke.

Bedroom 2 (Queen): Private attached full bath, large closet, peaceful retreat.

Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk with closet storage, near hall bath.

Loft: Queen futon with walk-out deck and seating overlooking the boardwalk.

Family / Living Room: Expansive and bright, featuring two full couches, a queen sleeper sofa, armchair, two large ottomans, and additional seating. The open layout connects to the dining area—ideal for gatherings, games, or movie nights.

Dining Room: Seats 8 and opens to deck with BBQ and outdoor dining.

The views and location of this rental were fabulous. The only thing between the house and the beach was the boardwalk. The rental was exactly as portrayed in the listing. The owner responded quickly when we texted. I would highly recommend this property.

Donald’s property was as advertised with plenty of room for our party of two adults and two children. The view of the ocean and the location stole the show. We enjoyed hanging out on both decks, playing with the host-provided beach gear, and walking to local places to grab meals and explore. The property was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Parking spot was tight, but our small SUV fit just fine. Donald was very responsive and we hope to come visit again. Thanks for sharing your space with us!
