Located in San Diego, enjoy what this fabulous new studio has to offer. This quaint place features one heavenly comfortable queen bed in the cozy bedroom, a living room with a comfy sofa bed, and a full bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. A dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freezer with ice-maker, a microwave, a full size range with oven, a dishwasher, a KEURIG coffee maker, and a complete kitchenware set. Guests can also take advantage of amenities like a washer/dryer, a mini-split HVAC, ceiling fan and an iron.
Right outside the living room sliding door is a patio deck with a view of the San Diego Bay, a set of patio furniture, and a BBQ grill. Free fireworks can be easily every weekend, and every summer evenings.
You will be 10 to 15 minutes to most of San Diego's favorite attractions: Downtown, Convention Center, International airport, Harbor, Seaport village, Zoo, SeaWorld, Balboa Park, Old Town, Coronado, Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, Sunset Cliff, Cabrillo park, La Jolla shore and cove, Pacific Beach, and Mission Bay. You can even cross the border and explore Mexico.
Our coonhound mix puppy will great and always welcome you with joy and love.

Overall, our experience was great. We had some difficulty with the check in process as we were not able to enter because the door was locked and we couldn’t reach the property owner. But we were eventually able to make contact and they arranged for us to be let in. They were very apologetic and graciously offered us a reduced rate for the first night. After we got settled in, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Great place to stay

Very clean, safe, nice and quiet. Peaceful. Space has all the every day necessities. Great location close to beach, shopping, sea world. Rusty is a great host. Would definitely stay again.

A nice comfortable stay with a little bay view. The space is accurately described and a good stay. The bonus is Rusty the dog greeting you at the top of the stairs.
