Soak in amazing sunset views in your exclusive beachfront hot tub (not shared!). Beach Break 3 consists of 2 individual side-by-side townhomes which combine to make an impressive 6 bedroom + 4.5 bathroom offering. With a total of 3 levels of waterfrontage and 5 exclusive outdoor spaces, this offering captures indoor/outdoor beach living at its finest. Other features include gas burning fireplaces in each living room, 2 BBQ's (one for each unit!), 2 washer/dryers, 4 garage parking spaces, beach gear, and an outdoor shower. *Notes: No A/C, fans are provided; living room fireplace non-operational in oceanfront unit. Maximum occupancy 17 (12 adults max).
FEATURES & FINISHES Our first townhome is Beach Break 1, a serene and professionally designed ocean view unit located towards the side/rear of the building. Perched on the 2nd and 3rd floors above the garages, this relaxing retreat comes complete with 3 bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms and 2 separate outdoor seating areas. Our second townhome, Beach Break 2, is our premier ocean front unit featuring 3 floors of ocean frontage, 3 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms, 3 outdoor patios off of each level, and an impressive ocean front hot tub that is exclusive to only our guests.
Each home is outfitted with high end designer finishes, including stone flooring, granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, custom designer furniture and furnishings, spa-like master baths with dual vanities, walk-in showers, and soaking tubs. Other features include washer/dryer in each unit, gas burning fireplaces in each living room, boogie boards, beach chairs, sands toys, BBQ, and outdoor shower. Please note pets only allowed in the ocean front townhome, Beach Break 2.

Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops. - WATER ACTIVITIES! POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES âą GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30. âą OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight. âą EVENTS | Parties, large gatherings or events of any kind, including but not limited to business retreats, bachelor(ette) parties or pre/post wedding celebrations, are not permitted onsite. This rental is not intended for gatherings of anyone except those who have paid to occupy the property. âą NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. âą COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. Great location, floors looked and felt like they had never been cleaned, soap dispensers not filled, no laundry soap, sink drain not working, hot tub was a great feature! I would stay in the location again but look for another house.
We stayed in the two condos with our adult children and our 6 grandchildren. It was perfect! Literally steps from the sand, which made it so easy! Restaurants, coffee shops and shops all within short walking distance. The condos were well equipped with beach chairs and beach towels, fans, rollaway beds, baby gate. Nothing fancyâŠ.but exactly what you want for the beach. Great communication with host. Definitely recommend.
When you pay this kind of money to stay at the property like this, you expected to be well stocked with proper dishes, pot pans, can opener, etc.Jacuzzi was not heating properly. Water was disgusting. No one wanted to be in it. Jacuzzi got fixed the last night. We were there.
This property is a two part rental that includes both the side and front unit. I would rent the side unit again but the layout of the front unit was quite awkward. It was something we were able to overlook because of the proximity to the beach but it could be a concern for some.
Only had access to one garage. Codes did not work to open second garage.
Visitors should know that some vehicles are going to fit in small space.
Pretty much that is all that was wrong. Oh yeah outside shower could cut someone. Very rusted. But there was a hose to use.
The two units provided more than enough space for our family. The garages provided safe parking and had all things beach related. We came from LA but felt like we were on vacation far away! Mission Beach accommodations were great. Was a favorite of the family for sure!
We arrived after a storm which broke front gate which was never fixed. We dug out the sand on front patio. Both front and rear units had lots of sand everywhere from the winds I am assuming. All in all the 9 of us had a great time.
Super clean and very inviting. The location is amazing. IF i had a complaint it would be the cleaners came at 9:45 instead of 10 am checkout so we were a little rushed to get out of there.
We went with our extended family and had both the front and back unit . It worked out great and we would definitely come back. Great location on the beach away from the big crowds but close walking distance to everything.
We rented the front and back condo. There were 17 of us. We loved the location because it wasn't as crowded as the rest of the beach. The hot tub was a huge hit and the view was spectacular. The accommodations were good except that the fireplace didn't work nor did the ice maker. The floors were filthy so we didn't walk bare footed. It would be nice to have a complete inventory list but overall it was very enjoyable.
