Beautiful hotel. The lobby looks very elegant and the rooms were beautifully furnished as well. We found the room spacious and clean. All amenities were provided and we appreciated the complimentary services such as free water and free coffee in the morning. We were also fortunate to be there when they gave out free ice cream (which is only provided on certain days in the afternoon). We highly recommend this location for the comfort and the convenient location, as well as the exceptional service.

Location, Location, Location. We used its central location to walk through Chinatown, take the California cable line, and visit Union Square. It is a great facility, with a real breakfast restaurant. In my view SF is back. This hotel keeps visitors in an area that is similar to the SF I love. SF still has some rough areas but we easily avoided them.

Beautiful and convenient stay in SF

Stopped in here for a few nights recently and the staff was amazing. Very sociable and respectable. As for the hotel itself, it’s in a great spot in the financial district and very walkable to local spots. If not the trolleys are a block or two over. The hotel is beautiful and tastefully designed as well. Found this to be a great spot and glad I stumbled upon it.

This hotel was top notch. It starts with a beautiful majestic lobby with the nicest people who literally break down everything you need or could need. That is after the sweetheart vallet men who were attentive and kind everyday. It was a shock to have to pay $65 a day as it is vallet only but I learned quickly this was the way to go. You simply text when you want your car pulled around & they text back with an eta.The rooms were cozy and very comfortable. Shower had perfect pressure and the staff were so nice. One day I walked almost 10 miles touring the bay, when I got " hotel home" I ordered a $22 burger w/fries and an $8 bottle of coca cola. I was so tired that I paid the insane price to stay in...HOLY MOLY WORTH EVERY PENNY. THAT'S ONE OF THE BEST DAMN BURGERS I'VE HAD! Top 3 easy. Thank you Omni for all the water, the information, your complete considerate care of our time and stay. Your entire team is excellence. Also I have to say it is walking distance to many famous neighborhoods. We walked to little italy the first night. Thank you Omni! See you soon

My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The staff was great, bed was amazing, location is perfect, and hotel is very clean. We will be staying here again. Eddy at the front desk took care of us, and we are very grateful for his help and the accommodations.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Gorgeous lobby and lovely, traditional rooms. Pillows are fabulous! Bed was a little hard for us, but let's be honest; mattresses are a personal thing! Very clean facility.

This is a great place to stay downtown in San Francisco. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful and make you feel like family (I stay there frequently). I definitely recommend this hotel!
