Centrally located to the point where it cost no more than $10 to take a Lyft anywhere local. Only steps from the beach and within close proximity to places to eat and to grab groceries. Beautiful atmosphere, hot tub is enough for more than just five or six people. Pool nearby, relaxing and clean.

This hotel has gone downhill since last stayed there. My room needed a fresh coat of paint. Plus, there was mold along the walls in the bathroom, and since I couldn’t find the remote for the A/C unit I couldn’t adjust the temp. Iron was severely burned, as were extras at the front desk. Place has so much potential.

This boutique hotel had a very pleasant looking lobby. While I know there is a water problem in Puerto Rico, it was a little hard to shower with cold water and a very thin water stream. I know, I know it is what it is and I shouldn't complain but it was difficult then I remembered and just dealt with it. I have to say that Samuel was the best. He came in and cleaned our bathroom, gave us towels and went out of his way to make us comfortable. The location is excellent because it is so close to the beach and we were provided with towels and sunscreen. We had access to a pool at The Wind Chimes hotel which we did use and it was okay. Would I stay her again,? Yes. I would probably try a different room.

My room was so comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved being half a block from the beach. There was a hot water pool to relax in. The overall styling of tghe place was very beautiful. I'll stay again.

Room filled with scum. old need remodeling. Staff More friendly to Caucasian than blacks all around the island. I was supposed to get a king size and was giving a queen size room. false advertisement. wore shoes in the shower and the whole time around the room so dirty

I was highly impressed with this hotel. Historic and charming. The staff were friendly and its literally 30 seconds or less to the beach. The only downfall is the parking. Other than that, my stay there was amazing. Shout out to Mr Eddy 😊

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was always clean and fresh. The only down side, no property parking. We rented a car last minute and only then realized there is only street parking available. This can be a hassle since the surrounding areas are residential. Other than that, the hotel is a perfect boutique in a great area, beach-front, a walkable distance from Calle Loiza and La Placita!

Lovely environment

I recently stayed at this boutique for the first time, and while my initial room didn’t quite match what I expected from the online photos, the staff completely made up for it. Eddie, at the front desk, went above and beyond to accommodate me. He arranged a complimentary upgrade to a much more spacious and comfortable room the very next day. The new room was absolutely spotless, had a lovely balcony with a clear view of the beach, and was very peaceful. Plus, the on-site restaurant had delicious food and an amazing bartender. Eddie’s outstanding service and prompt care really made my stay memorable. I left feeling well taken care of and would definitely recommend this hotel for their exceptional hospitality.
