Amazing stay in Fortaleza Suites

Overall great experience: we were able to drop the baggage prior to check-in and after check-out, the reserved apartment was spacious with high ceilings and well equipped kitchen, there's cold water and ice available downstairs. Cosy sofas snd arm chairs are available in the common area. The stuff is friendly. Great location near piers, San Sebastian fortress. Good WiFi quality

Nice size hotel room specially when you get to stay in the first floor. Near everything for your stay. A share all kitchen, in the fridge you could always find a cold beer that was left behind. Beach towels and sun block available for one to borrow. Cool chill cat hanging around. Bathroom just a bit small but the shower size and water pressure makes up for it. I could do without the noise in the morning around 8am people are pretty loud in the kitchen area while making there coffee, I understand they might be early birds but we are the sleep in type, there should be a sign to just keep it down a bit.. People also leave left their luggage right in front of door. We were in Unit 3.. Regardless we love the place and will stay again specially while it’s on the first floor.. Great staff by the way..

This property has a lot of amenities and the location is perfect! Furniture is a little out dated, but beds are comfortable. This is our second time staying here when coming to Old San Juan. My only complaint this stay was that the staff was outside talking the whole night and we had trouble sleeping because the windows/doors are thin.

Should not be open. Filthy, unkept , unprofessional staff. Do not pay to stay here . When we arrived over 400.00 in mysterious hotel charges were due that were not covered with my initial payments to book. Upon leaving they wanted an additional 75 dollars for keys to be re numbered stating it was policy. Odd individuals paced the halls all night and mgmt did nothing . Doors to rooms do not stay shut
