Great property with a sister hotel! We stayed 6 mights in the Hilton Garden Inn in San Juan Puerto Rico and had a great time! The facilities were clean and modern. We used the weight room, pool, jacuzzi, and the pool and beach at the sister hotel. The staff was lovely and we had a great time.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights but never received any room cleaning service. I understand we woke up late, around 12–1 PM, but we specifically requested room cleaning at the front desk. I also understand that life in the local city may move at a slower pace compared to cities in the U.S., such as New York City. We clearly stated that the cleaning didn’t need to be done immediately—only that it be completed before 7 PM—but despite multiple requests, it was never done. The first time we requested service, the housekeeping lady didn’t arrive until 7 PM—just as we had returned from a full day of outdoor activities. At that point, all we wanted was to shower and rest, so I asked if she could come back the following day instead, and she agreed. There was also a time when we ran out of toilet paper. Before leaving the hotel, we requested a replacement at the front desk. I asked when it would be delivered to our room, and the staff member told me someone was already on the way. Three hours later, when we returned, the toilet paper still hadn’t arrived. I called the front desk again to follow up. This time, the staff assured me it would be delivered to our room within five minutes. At that moment, my stomach was not cooperating, and the situation became urgent. Ten minutes went by—and still, no toilet paper. I had to call a third time just to get someone to finally bring it to the room.

Very clean, the pool side was beautiful. Small things in my room were not unkept such at the room door was off track and soap dispenser was empty but other then that a comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed my honeymoon here. The property staff was so kind and the cleaning team was amazing. The only thing I didn’t love was the lack of complementary services like water and breakfast( without a fee).

The property is good in appearance however I sent a request via expedia and till now they never responded. I also reached out to the hotel directly way ahead of the trip and they did not respond. I then called them and even though the front desk picked, i was transferred to concierge that did not pick up. Upon my wife's arrival, she also approached them with the request and they gave her direct contact for the concierge. She reached out and they never picked nor call back. Instead they texted her to send her request and they never responded to the request after she texted them. It was her birthday trip and she tried to stay positive through the trip but a simple request to have birthday balloons or banner became impossible. I would have gone to a different hotel just to have this request
