Nice hotel, The elevator was an issue during my stay. Late check must be implemented if offered. DO NOT BE SELECTIVE onwho you extend the service to. Cleaning staff shortage should not affect a guests request for a late check out!!

We booked a room from the airport after our airline stranded us in San Juan with a canceled flight. And when we arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn we were rudely told they actually didn't have any rooms (despite the fact that I had a confirmation number and my credit card was charged). They were completely unhelpful and said it was my problem to resolve with the third party (Hotels.com) - the manager charged away and never came back. We ended up sleeping at the airport terminal that night. Awful experience.

Rooms were very clean. The Staff were very accommodating, professional & pleasant. We ate in the restaurant. Both food and cocktails were delicious. I would definitely return for a longer stay As we only stayed one day(we were in Puerto Rico to catch a cruise ship).
