2. No parties or events — To help preserve a peaceful experience for everyone in the building, parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted.

3. Smoke-free and pet-free — Smoking and pets are not allowed. A $500 fee applies if violated.

4. Easy self check-in — You’ll receive a detailed digital guidebook with step-by-step arrival instructions before check-in.

5. Island infrastructure — Old San Juan, like Puerto Rico more broadly, occasionally experiences temporary power, water, or internet interruptions. These are usually brief and part of island life. We provide essentials like lanterns and helpful information to make things easier if they occur.
