This luxurious getaway is a picture out of a design magazine with each space being thoughtfully decorated and maximized to the fullest. The property is ideal for a small family or group who is looking to soak in every minute of their Santa Barbara getaway.



Upon entry, you’ll be invited by beams of natural light from the many windows in the living and dining area that are overlooking the pristine garden filled with olive trees, eucalyptus, magnolias, and birds of paradise.



The living room, located on the second floor, is furnished with a large sofa. Get cozy on the couch after a day in the sun and log into your favorite streaming channels via the smart TV.



The kitchenette is well equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and Nespresso machine. The spacious counters also allow for extra prep and serving space. Enjoy slow mornings at home with your morning brew as you pack a delicious lunch to bring to the beach. Don’t forget to add your beverages to the fridge beforehand to have some refreshing drinks waiting when you get home!



Steps away, a dining table for 4 is perfect for meals together or doubles as a great space for game night!



The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 2 spacious bedrooms. Each room is tastefully decorated with handpicked art and furniture. The rooms are also furnished with crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



Bedroom #1 offers a King bed

Bedroom #2 is configured with two Twin beds and an en suite. The en suite has a shower/tub combo.



There’s an additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower to serve guests from Bedroom #1.

- There is parking space available for up to 2 vehicles.



- The property is near Highway 101 and the Amtrak rails, thus passing trains may occasionally be heard.

The property is in a superb location in the heart of Montecito with several points of interest reached on foot or a short drive away. Grab your beach chair and enjoy a quick 7-minute walk to Butterfly Beach, that’s all it takes to get your toes in the sand! Coast Village Rd, Music Academy of the West, and Andree Clark Bird Refuge, all desired places to visit, are also within walking distance. A bike ride or quick drive will give you access to the Cabrillo Bike Bath (3.4 miles), Santa Barbara Waterfront (3.9 miles), the Upper Village of Montecito (1.8 miles), Santa Barbara Zoo (1.9 miles), and the Rosewood Miramar (1.4 miles).

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
