Staff does the MINIMUM! lots of people hanging around smoking on the property. People walking by windows in the back of the property…. Where they shouldn’t be. Everything is locked down…. Pool towels, ice machine etc….. makes me feel it is high crime/unsafe. Our room smelled like feet/shoes :(

Dog smell but still a great experience
We had a great time. The staff was super nice and always said hello to my kids whenever they said hello. The pool area is clean. Unfortunately, the few times we went there werent any towels available but the staff was good about give us a set when i told them. Breakfast was good and was different everyday. The room was ok. We had a dog so i assume they have specific rooms set aside for people like us but i wish they would have tried a little bit more to get the wet dog smell out. It really hit us in the face when we walked in. There was also dog hair all over. Our dog is hairless so it didnt come off her. Other than that the tubs are great for soaking, water pressure for showers is great, and the beds are compfy.
