Lovely, well decorated little apartment in a great location. Peter has thought of absolutely everthing Took some dining suggestions from the host Peter,and they were fabulous. Parking was a little tight, but we would definitely recommend this stay to anyone.

A Little Gem in Avalon

Peter's compact apartment is fresh, light and stylishly presented. The towels and linens are all beautiful quality. Its proximity to the beach and shopping village of Avalon allows you to walk everywhere if you are staying local. We also loved the fact the apartment had a washing machine. Communication with Peter was excellent throughout, he was very responsive to any queries or requests. It's a gem of a place for a couple to base themselves on the northern beaches for a short stay!

Fantastic location!

This apartment is literally across the road from the beach, and was a great place to spend the final few days of our Australian vacation. A beautiful sunrise over the Pacific and a swim in the surf, before flying home to a Canadian winter, was perfect. The apartment was small but clean and well equipped. Communication with Peter was prompt and thorough. Avalon had what we needed for a short stay, and the express bus to the city stopped right on the corner. Highly recommended.

Property Manager very helpful

The communication and attention to detail through the Property Manager was excellent and very helpful. Unfortunately the appartment and it's amenities did not match up to expectations. The oven, oven pans and rungs had not been cleaned for ages and all was in dire need of a commercial cleaner to rid the oven of old grime. The dish washer racks collapsed completely and was unusable with the heavy earthernware crockery.The bed linen and cushions on the bed were certainly not up to 440 a night tariff.Situation was good ... handy to village. .
