I hate that I have to give it a low rating bc the staff was amazingly friendly. However the facility itself was in very poor condition. The shower wasn't draining. I spotted some roaches. The walls had mold and poorly patched holes. The doors closed very loudly and the hotel is by a construction truck facility

Hotel is understaffed and things just take longer than is necessary. Van service to airport is marginal and vehicle too small. We had to get an UBER on our own. Room was clean and acceptable but many people seem to be living full time in hotel which is a bit unusual.

I called for 20min the number I was given to get the shuttle to pick my family up and when the phone was finally answered the man was not pleasant at all. The room smells musty and is very outdated. Was charged 10.00 a day to park and had an extra day on and had to call yet again to get that fixed. Front office staff was not overly friendly. I have stayed a couple years ago and after this trip I will not be back.
