Staff was extremely friendly. Easy check in. Room was extremely clean and bed was made up everyday. McDonald's next door was convenient. We will always stay here again on our next trip to Syracuse. I give this hotel a 10 stars review.

Our room was A-OK. Once we left the confines of the room, I would say it could use some improvement, which to be fair seemed that they were working on. There was a large bin collecting dripping water from the ceiling in our hallway which was not pleasant. The elevator was old (but functional at least). All in all, I'd say I'd stay here again if ever in this region. Good value for the price paid if nothing else.

The airport shuttle worked fine. What I did not like is that in their hotel info the shuttle was free, but then we were told that it will cost us $59 to keep our car there until we return. There was nothing telling us that when we booked the room. I think we should be reimbursed for the $59. The night (early morning) clerk was fantastic.
