Welcome to Apollo’s Anchor, your private waterfront retreat in the heart of Apollo Beach. This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is perfect for family getaways, fishing trips, or relaxing group escapes. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the property boasts direct saltwater canal frontage with easy access to Tampa Bay. A private dock with a boat slip makes it easy to explore the bay by water.

The home features an open yet inviting layout with soaring ceilings and natural light pouring in from every angle. The main living area includes a cozy great room with an electric fireplace, a dining area with seating for six, and a fully equipped L-shaped kitchen with quartz counters, high-end appliances, and a pass-through window to the pool deck.

The sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate groups of up to 14:
• Master Suite: on the main floor has a king bed, direct access to the pool area, a large walk-in closet, and a spa-like en-suite with a Roman shower and garden tub.
• Queen Bedroom: has a queen bed and direct access to a Jack and Jill bathroom.
• Bunk Room: has a twin over full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle and connects to the same Jack and Jill bathroom from the opposite side.
• Office: The office can be used as a sleeping area using the daybed and trundle.
• Upstairs Loft Suite: King bed and daybed with a trundle that has its own full bathroom, perfect for multigenerational stays or added privacy.

Additional spaces include a dedicated office with French doors, ideal for remote work, and a bonus loft for extra relaxation or game nights.

Step outside and enjoy your own slice of paradise. The screened-in outdoor area includes a heated saltwater sports pool (can be heated for $50/day), lounge space, and a custom-built outdoor kitchen with grill and bar seating. There’s also an outdoor bath entrance for easy access from the pool.

The main two-car garage has been converted into a fun-filled playroom featuring a ping pong table, foosball table, TV, and a bar table with stools. It's the perfect place for family tournaments or rainy-day fun.
