This hotel is clean. The staff is very professional. The bathroom sink was not working upon my arrival. I called for assistance and they came right away to take care the issue. The hotel is very close to the freeway.

The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant, especially during our departure on Sunday morning. However, our experience was slightly impacted by the lack of efficiency at breakfast. When we first went to get a cup of coffee, there was none available, so we decided to eat our breakfast and return afterward. Unfortunately, even then, the wait for coffee was so long that we had to leave without any. I was surprised that something as simple and essential as morning coffee wasn’t better managed. A little more attention to this detail would have made the stay feel more complete.

Angela, our check in host was awesome! She took the time to tell us where to find some restaurants we were looking for and a very nice person. The only thing, there is not a lot of restaurants around there. You have to go into Brandon area to go to LongHorns or other restaurants for specilaities in dining. There free breakfast was GREAT! Big selection of items and very good coffee.
