Settle in and unwind at your home away from home at the SoHo Siesta! Located in the heart of the vibrant SoHo Area and historic Hyde Park, you can choose whether you want to stay in or go out. This second floor suite sleeps up to 6 guests, featuring a queen sized pull-out couch in the main living area, a queen bedroom and a full sized bedroom. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private balcony, take a walk around the neighborhood or venture out and explore the rest of what Tampa Bay has to offer!

The Space:
Step into historic charm with this recently updated suite featuring a full-sized kitchen with a built-in dining nook, laundry machines and a private balcony. Look no further for the perfect home base to elevate your experience and vacation in comfort!

Sleeping up to 6 guests, this flat is perfect to spread out and make yourself at home! This one-bath, two-bedroom unit includes a queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom, a full-sized bed in the back sunroom and a queen-sized pull-out couch in the living area. The bathroom features an above-ground garden tub and complimentary toiletries for your stay! Please keep in mind the back sunroom is only accessible by walking through the queen bedroom as shown in the photos. Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the historic streets of Hyde Park at your outdoor dinette table!

Carefully designed with you in mind, no details were spared in creating the perfect haven in this home! The tastefully upgraded kitchen features an oven, dishwasher and a fully stocked Keurig coffee machine for your convenience. Gather around and enjoy a meal at the custom-built butcher-block dining space! There is also a washer and dryer complete with a starter supply of laundry soaps + dryer sheets for your use throughout your stay. Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV with access to YouTube TV and all your favorite streaming apps!

Downstairs in the rear of the building is a lush garden with a shared common area featuring an outdoor grill, outdoor fire pit and dining table! Feel free to utilize this space during your stay but please be mindful it is shared with other guests and residents.

The Neighborhood:
South Howard, or “SoHo”, is one of the most popular areas of Tampa featuring vibrant nightlife, and fun for everyone! Nestled in the heart of Tampa and within walking distance of Bayshore Boulevard, this area is perfect for your next getaway. Bayshore Boulevard has 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Historic Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 15-minute walk away with dining, shopping and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10-minute drive away or less!

Some of our teams' favorite nearby hotspots include Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Hyde Park Village, SoHo District, Ybor City & Downtown Tampa!

Getting Around:
SoHo is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay-by-app parking.

Other Things to Note:
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine.
- Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located in the parking area
- PETS: We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets. Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- Parking: This unit offers 1 private off-street parking spot in the lot behind the building.
- Note: The Full Bedroom is only accessible by walking through the Queen Bedroom, there is no separate entrance.

The places itself was great. A well cared for older place in older neighborhood. The kitchen (upgrades) was perfect and we enjoyed the balcony/deck for unwinding. The location was ideal for restaurants and shopping. Hyde Park is an excellent area of Tampa. Hosts were prompt with info and to answer questions. We will be back.

Loved this charming pre-war apartment in a fantastic neighborhood! Comfortable, clean, and so many thoughtful amenities. I arrived after a long day of travel. This unit is one of four in a charming older fourplex. The building itself is well maintained, with the top two apartments used as short-term rentals. The unit matched the listing description but could use a deep cleaning. The beds were dated and not very comfortable, and there were no extra sheets, pillows, or towels provided. The second bedroom is actually a converted screened porch you walk through from the main bedroom, and it doesn’t have shades, so privacy is limited.It was also a bit difficult communicating with the management company when trying to access the unit, since everything was handled by text and responses weren’t always immediate. However, it was ultimately sorted out without too much hassle.That said, the location is excellent, safe, very walkable, and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. I’d recommend this place to someone who isn’t looking for frills or luxury but wants a simple, decent stay in a fantastic neighborhood. If that’s your priority, this is a solid choice.

Perfect Fit

Our Family of 3 very much enjoyed our stay here. It was within walking distance to many eateries and Hyde Park Village! Driving distance to many other attractions. Condo was very clean and our host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

At the heart of Hyde Park

It was a great location. Near the river walk, which is a total of 4.5 miles for any runners or walkers. The neighborhood is beautiful. Great places to eat, Bella, Water +Flour. Contact was very professional and prompt. The location has great parking on the back with entrance on the side and an alley. Beds were very comfortable, slept great. Plenty of supplies. Location Perfect

Cute property! Location was perfect as the nightlife was all within walking distance. Felt safe walking to and from and it was a dog friendly community. Got my doggie fix from the neighbors downstairs. Porch was awesome and great to leave the doors open for some fresh air. Quiet and peaceful place. Bed was really comfy. There is one flight of stairs for anyone needing accessibility.
