We stayed as a family of 3 for 5 days. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful when needed. Our room was clean and everything worked great. I did find the highway noise to be a little loud but that is to be expected when located so close. The food in the breakfast area was good. Lots of variety. The pool was a nice option, water temp was great! Overall, we had a great stay!

Housekeeping did not clean room in a timely manner. You have to request that. I was not informed so I ran out of towels and had to request them to bring the towels and clean the room ASAP. Not a fan of doing that.

Really enjoyed our stay. The only issue is we thought there was a hot tub and there was none, so we were disappointed. Breakfast was great, just not enough seating room.

Won’t go again

The breakfast was okay, few choices. Gluten-free options which was a nice surprise. The room was ok but I had to ask that they clean the spider webs and dust that was hanging over the beds. The beds were way too soft and the sofa bed was terrible. The staff was very friendly, kind and polite. The overall hotel was clean and well presented.

We have stayed here often. It is our favorite. This trip was exceptionally great as we travelled into Toronto for a few Dr appointments for ourselves and our elderly uncle. His afternoon appt got cancelled, and he would have had to sit in hot traffic and waiting rooms with us while we attended our own appts. I called the front desk in the morning to see if there was anyway we could have an early check in so we could get him lunch and settled for a nap while we went downtown to our apptments. The staff were very accommodating and understanding. We were able to check in early and he had a nice lunch and nap in our room instead of a hot afternoon in traffic.

Overall, the stay was good. The hotel was clean, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was what you would expect from a continental breakfast. The only real downside was the sofa bed; it was extremely uncomfortable.
