We absolutely loved our stay. Lupita and the entire Meso Maya team did an amazing job arranging for transportation to & from the house. They also helped facilitate a reasonable, no-nonsense car rental that delivered to the house! A service and attn to detail.We'd gladly stay here, and have already recommended them to several friends. Do yourselves a favor, rent an SUV, & save the actual geo coordinates in your map app of choice, as the address doesn't lead you there alone. The roads are an off-road adventure to themselves. It's worth it though. The house is immaculate, and spacious enough for 2 or 3 couples, easy. Everything was well-laid out, and easy to figure out.5/5 stars!

My experience at this property was amazing! Everything was so clean upon arrival, AC worked well, pool was the perfect temperature, house was secure and safe, but let’s get into the host!! Unbelievably helpful from start to finish. Her communication was on point from checking on us to helping us order food to recommending different excursions or activities going on for the weekend. This property was also minutes away from the tulum nightlife and lots of restaurants. The only issue I experienced was a few cab drivers not being able to find the property. Some knew exactly where to go but others would get lost. Anywho 10/10 experience.. I recommend this for anyone looking for a more private setting that’s secure and safe! I will be returning

The property is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay, especially the pool. Our host was super helpful with any request, including ideas of things to do.The only small downside for our group with young children was the location. It was quite a distance to any beaches and other activities.

Beautiful Home!

Check-in was easy. The hosts were very responsive, even when we arrived later than expected. The staff are all kind and helpful. The home had everything we needed. It was a short drive to all the attractions and activities, but the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 6 had a great experience renting this home. It was very clean and the property management was easy to communicate with. The roads were a little rough coming in and out so would recommend a larger vehicle if renting one. Would definitely recommend this property to others coming to the area.

My 50th Birthday

This property was amazing. We were very near to everything. The only difficulty was the construction. They are building more vacation property around the area but overall everything was amazing. And OMG the chef that was recommended Stephane he was amazing the food was EVERYTHING
 if I had to do it all over again I would. LUPITA was excellent and my dear sweet Lucus & Carmen was jus as amazing. THANK YOU for having Us and allowing me to celebrate my 50th birthday at the property

Very nice!

The house is so lovely. It really does look just like the pictures. I absolutely loved our chef. He was soooo nice and the food was really good. We did breakfast & dinner and the chicken & eggs were delicious!!!!! He’d definitely have to be my chef again... great personality. Lupita the host & the transportation service provider Mario were quick to respond like within 1-3mins. The roads were a little bumpy getting to the house but you can clearly see the area is under construction and a lot of good things seem to be in the works for you this neighborhood. The house is in the cut but it’s definitely secure. Overall I’d definitely stay here again and again and again!!!

The property was wonderful, just as described in the photos. The host was very accommodating. We were able to book excursions, taxis, private chief etc via her contacts. This property does not disappoint. It’s located in a developing neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Great Place to stay!!!

My stay here was awesome asf!!! My fiends and I had an amazing time. We was greeted with the chef who cooked an awesome meal for my friends and I. Lupita (host) was awesome in every way possible. She helped from transportation to all of my needs. The house look just like the pictures on the internet. I have nothing bad to say. I will highly recommend to use their transportation for all services because of the location. Using an Ubet/taxi was very difficult to use. Definitely a must stay again for me

Beautiful home, excellent service

I celebrated my bachelorette here with my girlfriends and we had an amazingggg time. The only thing we were uncomfortable with was the location. We were surrounded by construction, construction workers (Thursday and Friday only), and very very bumpy roads. It felt like we were in a beautiful remote location in the middle of nowhere. It made us group of women uneasy. We made the best of it and honestly enjoyed our time and all of the services and hospitality Lupita and her team provided. From the chef services (HIGHLY recommend- so so so delicious and fun experience), to the transportation services (Doris and her husband were SO much fun and so sweet), to the Atv’ing rappelling and cenote tour. I’m still smiling and giggling about the trip. The home was clean, in perfect condition, 0 complaints in that department. Full size kitchen, comfortable beds, we had everything we needed. Thank you Lupita!!!

My girlfriend and I stayed here while in Tulum and although we were looking for something closer to the main strip, this house was too far. We felt safe, just some work going on outside the house that was a bit annoying in the morning. Owners were great with communication.

Great House

We had a great time in Tulum and loved this house! It’s a bit far from the hotel zone (20-25 mins away and roads are very uneven) but we had lots of wonderful taxi drivers whose numbers were provided by the homeowners! Carmen was so sweet to bring us ice the first night and Lupita was quick to answer all of our questions!

Best Stay

The stay at this property was phenomenal!! Lupita is a gem who really helps you create a magical experience. The house is beautiful and if you should choose to have the personal chef come cook for you the food is outstanding!!
