Parking was a complete rip off as there were parking options within walking distance for half the price. The bed was by far the worst bed I've ever slept on and I've slept on concrete before. The room was nothing special and cost way too much realtively to the other options available within the aame hotel.

Bigger hotel sign please.

Wasn't sure about location being in North Vancouver but being by the Seabus made everything very convenient. Lots of restaurants of every description and price within a 5 minute walk of hotel. Not a hundred percent sure but I think most rooms are water views. The only downside was when we arrived the hotel doesn't have much of a sign making it confusing for guest and the Uber driver.

We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and a beautiful view from our balcony. Finding the hotel is a bit of a challenge as it is on the third floor of the market. Parking is easy once you get it figured out, it is complicated until you understand how it works. Overall, we found the facilities were great.

This hotel is a great alternative either for those who are visiting for one or 2 nights or those who are vacationing (couples or small families) for a longer time. Friendly staff, safe and renewed neighbourhood and easy access to downtown Vancouver by ferry-bus, car or public bus. The Hotel is located in the same building as a market but there is no noise and/or other concerns about that. There are good shops and plenty of restaurants around the area. The staff (Ishita) at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Good value for the price paid. You must, however, pay a public parking fee which is about $28 for a 24 hour /full day parking.

Everything was just right . Polite staff , clean quiet environment, beautiful views, convenient surroundings. I would only suggest to add a long mirror in the bedroom so it’s easier to do my make up and check the attire . I really enjoyed staying at the Lonsdale Quay Hotel!

We had a very good stay at this boutique hotel which is within a mall. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel does not provide its own parking. You have to use underground parkade of the mall and pay a separate charge of $28 for a 24 hour stay. This is not what you expect from staying at a 4 star hotel. Each room is different in size and furnishing. Although overall they were of good size, I noticed that there was dirt on some of the furniture and we had a small bee in our room too. I appreciate the reception staff for kindly accommodating my request for a delayed check out by 30 mins for our toddler. Thank you
