Super sweet people at front desk. I am very tired and keep forgetting things I needed and they smile. So lovely. Amazing to see the photo of the original. I hope there will be more photos with the renovation. A little scrappy in the room but such a comfy bed!!! Towels are nice and shower

The rooms are dated and dirty. The windows look like they have not been cleaned in years. You can’t enjoy the ocean view because the window is filthy. The room smelled bad. The free breakfast is awful. There were literally no towels in our room and no towels at the pool. I arrived about 5pm and my room was not even ready. I will never stay here again.

A comfortable stay

We had a comfortable one night stay at Pierpoint Inn. The room was spacious and clean. We were able to enjoy the pool in the morning before we checked out. The breakfast is limited, but it is free so no major complaints.

The Pierpont Inn used to be the best place in Ventura so it's sad that it's gone downhill. The location is great but the cottage I stayed in is really run down. it needs new floors badly and paint at the minimum. The remote for the TV didn't work even with new batteries. The chairs had worn spots all over them. The restaurant/bar that used to be at the Pierpont was excellent and not having that makes the place less desirable too. Hope it reopens someday.

We enjoyed our stay at Pierpont Inn! We walked to the beach each day, and it was close restaurants. It was clean and well cared for. The bed was comfy. The flowers around the property were beautiful!

I was disappointed with their service. No housekeeping even though I requested it. I had to go ask for towels , trash bags and toilet paper. They were rude.

NEVER STAY in this hotel

Everything in this hotel was terrible except the first day breakfast, which was decent and not rushed. Our room was dingy, smelly. Shower handle didn’t work, so water was either cold or very hot. It was impossible to sleep at night because of a noise of some machinery working underneath of the hotel and because of freeway closeness. Without noise canceling earbuds it was impossible to sleep. The hotel should invest in noise proofing, like new windows. Staff were also not helpful and ignorant! I asked to upgrade the room (paying for an upgrade), but they lied saying they were fully booked, while any booking site showed availability of many rooms. They also refused to provide management and owner’s information and contacts. I would recommend NEVER STAYING in this hotel!
