Great location, a few blocks away from the harbor as I arrived by seaplane. Staff was excellent, the property was extremely clean. An extra was the pub that was attached to the hotel via its elevator. Just an overall great experience.

The rooms were beautiful. The problem we had was I requested 2 rooms next to each other. They said okay on the phone. One was a king size bed and the other was a 2 queen suite. When we arrived I asked about them being together. The front desk person said they weren't. So she changed us from one floor to 2 floors down and said they were next to each but the one wasn't ready yet. They said they would call when it was ready and never did. When we went down to ask they said they were on the same floor but not next to each other. This new person said it was impossible to have those 2 types of rooms next to each other. We ended up on the same floor, but down the hall. I wish they would communicate with each other better and with customers. If they can't offer something, just let people know instead of saying they can.
