Lack of plastic or glass glasses other than cardboard coffee cups.Hotel alarm clock rang at midnight and 6 AM ruining sleep 2 nights. I finally took it to the front desk for the rest of our stay. Facial tissue ran out and staff took the recycled box but left no replacement. I phoned housekeeping in the evening, but no tissue delivered. For the price we were less than satisfied.

My wife had surgery at nearby hospital, worked out well as hospital was close by. I felt the staff were all friendly and helpful. Only thing that bothered me was I had to go through Expedia to get a room at a reasonable rate,when I called the first time to hotel they told me rooms almost booked and had to change crazy rates to book in,called Expedia and they got me in at a reasonable rate, long story short I will be using Expedia for all my hotel bookings.

I, when it’s affordable, like to stay here when I have a concert at their Event Centre. I find if I don’t book early enough the price is too high. I however was fine with paying $169. I will stay here again if the price is right !
