The property was in fine condition but the rooms do not face outside, so no window making it a little dark and depressing. The biggest issue was the noise. You could hear everything above you and outside your door, it was noisey past midnight so made it a tough sleep. Also, the first room I got smelt like mold, thankfully the staff put me in a new room no questions asked. Likely would not stay again due to the noise.

There were no towels at the pool and The water was very cloudy and has large chucks of hair floating inside the pool and on the pool deck. At one point there was a dog in the pool area running around. We went back to our room to rinse off after feeling very gross from being in the pool to find we did not have a working shower only bath.

Our hotel room, while spacious had windows pointing into the alto‘s dining room. All night long music played in the dining room and it was difficult to sleep due to the noise. I am not sure if staff forgot to turn off the music or because the altos restaurant is part of The lobby that music just always plays.

Horrible. Noisy. No place to plug in the coffee machine unless you put it on the floor. Side doesn't lock and anyone can walk in. For what we paid it was ridiculous

Good theme Suite

Was decent time, the shower was a bit dirty on the floor and the bath tub had jets but they didn’t look like they’d be cleaned properly either. But overall the room was nice, interesting. The elevator in the hotel is very sketchy tho…makes a lot of odd noises and clunky The buffet was decent as well, servers were very nice!
