Rooms are 100% outdated. The bathtub faucet in my room would not shut off. The water ran continuously. Mgmt could not move me until the next night. The location is decent at Columbus Circle. The lobby makes you believe your room will be modern and updated. Not the case.

"The staff were amazing, especially considering the surprise blizzard that hit us on my daughter’s birthday. The location is great but it truly was the staff that made the stay special. Between the concierge helping us prep for the storm to the front desk staff making it easy to extend our stay, to the cleaning staff making sure we had enough supplies to last throughout the storm, I can’t thank Hyatt enough for making a stressful situation easier. Would highly recommend. "
