The property is meant for two guests in our family home. Please use the facility as your own.
We clean the condo before check-in and provide one set of fresh bed linens and towels for you during your stay.
The closet is locked and is not for guest usage.
If you are staying for more than 5 days, we would be happy to arrange for an additional set of towel. Just let us know ahead!
Restaurants are open all up and down the boardwalk with outdoor seating -- and really, it's pretty great being able to sit outside to eat and drink and watch the ocean.

Pool Information
The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

The unit wasn't on the 27th floor and the inconvenience of the check-in was an unusual experience. Otherwise, our stay was pleasurable. The unit was clean and presentable.

Cleanliness…Communication TERRIBLE!

At first look the photos made it seem astonishing. Upon check-in we weren’t even in the book at the front desk and the workers up front helped us fix the situation. Next we enter the room to absolute filth. Sunscreen hand prints all over the walls and dressers. Pee stains on both mattresses shower curtain all filthy and furniture all torn apart. We tried contacting the owner and it took HOURS for them to reach back out. Me and my fiancé ended up cleaning the place ourselves after having to buy cleaning equipment. After all is said and done the owner promised us the cleaning fee back and never gave it to us and only allowed us to stay til the next day. EVEN FOUND SOMEONES ELSES SILICONE BREAST ENHANCER! WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CLEAN SOMEONE ELSES PROPERTY!!!

The room I booked was not the one we got, as it was double booked, so they moved us to another one. The view was great, ocean front. Bed was comfortable. The room had new cabinetry in the kitchenette area and bathroom sink. The huge bathtub was awful, it was old jacuzzi style and maybe painted but the paint was peeling off and stuck to your feet. The hallway in from the door, the ceiling was filled with mildew/mold. There was also mold on the ceiling over the kitchenette area. The TV didn’t work. These issues were communicated to the owner. Maintenance came later on the second day and replaced the remote and cable on the TV. I asked if there was a way to get a Clorox spray, to combat the mildew/mold. She had some delivered the second night. We stayed out of the room as much as possible, which was hard because we had a hurricane off the coast and weather was not beach friendly. Can’t control Mother Nature.
