Beautiful Beach House!

One of nicer listings in Brigantine. 3 story custom built home in a great location in the heart of Brigantine. 4 nicely sized bedrooms each with its own bath and shower. First floor has bedroom, den, rear deck, washer/dryer as well as foyer. Open the door and leave your keys in this beautifully furnished town home. Second floor consists of 3 bedrooms including a large Master with its own walk out deck. The third floor is amazing with lots of windows, open floor plan, vaulted ceiling, gourmet kitchen and front and rear decks for great views 2 blocks to the pristine Brigantine beach and 1.5 blocks to the Bay's public access point (bring your water equipment). Short walk to Center of Town.
Plenty of parking in front of house, garage, outside shower, and yard included. Close to everything (10 min to Atlantic City) and in a quiet residential area. You won't be disappointed, don't miss out!

Great rental! 8th street is a sneaky great street to be on. The beach was less crowded than neighboring streets, and access was super convenient. House was perfect for three generations, and the host provided the perfect level of communication to help us enjoy our stay without having to worry about anything. Would recommend for anyone looking to spend time in Brigantine.

The house was great! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were well appointed and nice and quiet for sleeping. Enjoyed the bay views from the top deck as well. Also loved all the bikes to use for getting around the island. A great stay!

We just recently stayed the week at Mark’s beach home and it was perfect for our family! The location is perfect to town and a short walk to the beach. It has beautiful views from the top decks. Beach chairs, equipment and bikes which is always a bonus!! The less you have to pack and travel with. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is another bonus. The first floor is like it’s own living space with a bedroom, bathroom and living area. It was really perfect The 3rd floor is a huge spacious area with the kitchen and living room. Lots of natural sunlight and beautiful views and We would definitely love to rent again and I would recommend to family and friends! Thanks again Mark!

Overall impression was good except gas grill was not working. The landlord was aware of this but did not let us know. Our group brought all kinds of food for grilling multiple meals. We had to go out and buy a grill and related supplies.

Great place and location! Place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Only problem was its a lot of steps

Terrific stay

House was immaculate, well equipped and not far from a wide beach. Spacious with each bedroom having private bathroom. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas available. Wonderful living room, kitchen, dining area with comfortable furniture. Highly recommend this house for a family beach vacation!

Great house for our family

We booked this house for Father’s Day weekend. It was lovely house that was perfect for our family. The location was great, short walk to the beach, and only 20 min from AC. The best feature was the outdoor shower.

Beautiful beach home

This was our second year staying in this beautiful beach home. Let me start by saying the house is immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well-appointed and has all you need to make breakfasts, and dinners if you choose to do so. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom for everyone's privacy. You're free to use the garage which is nice to unload all your stuff after returning from the beach. There's also a nice outside shower. The owner is extremely easy to work with and answers all questions in a timely manner. I hope to be back again next summer.

Amazing Summer Getaway!

Memorial Day Weekend Trip with Family

Great property close to the beach! Quiet neighborhood, property looked exactly like the pictures online. Plenty of space for my family. Each bedroom had their own bathrooms which was wonderful. Owner communcated with us very well and quickly. Owner was able to let us check in earlier than expected which we really appreciated. Overall great stay. Would definitely book again!
