No frills, but very comfortable. Desk would have been helpful for my purposes. Price a bit high for the type of motel and location, but everything's way too expensive near the Jersey shore. Better than staying in Ocean City, NJ, but not much cheaper. Continental breakfast outside a novelty. Cleaned room each day with new towels.

Management are very nice and welcoming. The premises are well kept and rooms are very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Location is convenient and easy to find. This was our second stay and definitely not the last.

Very close to Ocean City so easy to get in to the beach and boardwalk. Room was clean and quiet. Very nice that some of the local restaurants were a bit cheaper (although good) than Ocean City dining.
