The room is nothing like what is shown online, they need to do renovations,only the kitchen area is modern. Everything else is old and outdated. The rooms are dark because they only have lamps with yellow light . Was very difficult to do our makeup at night.they communicated very well with us but nothing was done really. Very disappointed we left a day early. The beds were very hard. The place got potential but should be closed for reservations

You can’t get no help wit them u can’t even go too the front desk for nothing but a key card after that you on your own(cs) is just a 3rd party it’s a joke me an my family had too use the same washcloth an towels our whole stay an when we got there they put us in a room that someone already used for a few hours smh never again!!!!!!
