Main Level
Your group will love the heart of the home, featuring a dramatic two-story great room with a cozy gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. Adjacent to it, you'll find a fabulous bar perfect for evening cocktails. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a full suite of Viking and Sub Zero professional appliances and granite countertops. The dining room is thoughtfully designed to seat your entire group of 18, ensuring no one misses out on mealtime conversations. For quieter moments, you can retreat to the separate living room or enjoy a film in the TV/media room.

This level also provides direct access to your private outdoor oasis, featuring an in-ground pool and a gorgeous Travertina patio. Chaise lounges, an outdoor dining table and high top bar table perfectly furnish this amazing amenity!

Second Floor
Ascend to the second floor to find five luxurious and oversized bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Most bedrooms feature king-sized beds, walk-in closets, and access to one of the many balconies surrounding the house. Wake up to rejuvenating ocean views and the fresh sea air each morning.
