The rooms were in good condition, clean and nice amenities bottled water, fridge. I would visit again. I also liked the inside bridge that links directly to the Hard Rock so you don’t have to go outside.

Got 2 non smoking room and still you can smell smoke probably coming from downstairs or in smoking rooms from the rendezvous tower. Asked initially for connecting rooms and was never mentioned until I had to ask again and never got it. Got 2 of the same room which was across each other and it was alittle different inside in terms of one room having a one seat couch and not in the other room. Shower in one of the room was also slow running water so we couldn’t even wash hair during the stays.

Room was large, great views, good tv. Bed was too firm. The wallpaper in the bathroom was dirty by toilet area and frayed. The toilet is so low to the ground, I felt like I was sitting on the floor. The toilet paper dispenser is in a bad spot. It’s a few inches from the floor and when sitting ones right knee is on top of it. The swing out glass shower door is a poor design. Once closed and showering the gap in the middle allows water to go all over the floor. The glass tops on the desk and nightstands are dirty underneath. The nightstand on the right side of bed has food and or liquid all leaked like someone spilled a drink and wasn’t cleaned. Not enough attention to having room spotless for next guest. Otherwise the room was pleasant
