I spent 2 hours at the desk, arranged tor 2 rooms only booked for 1. Travelosity did not book my second room! We could not find the phone number to straighten everything out. I will never use your service again. You never even gave me money off for all that confusion!

Customer service was very good.Resorts is an excellent vacation venue. We even had a bath and a half in our room. It came in handy due to sharing the room with another couple. Great restaurants! Everybody was hospitable and made us feel welcomed. I highly recommend Resorts Casino hotel.

Clean and very spacious rooms, quiet, fast check in. Was charged $20 for parking. Went to front desk first night and they took my info and said I would see the credit within 1-2 days. Checked again during check out and was told there was nothing documented about a credit and that I have to submit a form. Lady at desk seemed annoyed that I was inquiring about it. Stood in hallway with a group of people waiting for 15 mins for an available elevator at check out. Finally took stairs which were a little creepy with no signs on how to get out. A group of us went up and down trying to figure it out before we finally found a set of double doors which lead out outside. Not good in the event of a fire. Went to view pool with my 17 year daughter. All we wanted to do was see the pool as we were on our way to her basketball game. Asked to go in for just a minute and come right back out. They did not allow her to enter because it was after 2pm and the pool Is for adults only after that time. My daughter is old enough to hold a job and has her drivers license but can’t go to a swimming pool after 2pm? Ridiculous! Other than those things, hotel is great.

Actually I was pleasantly surprised. Till now I never stayed here before so my expectations weren’t very high. But to my surprise the hotel is actually very nice. The casinos and rooms were great. The were plenty of dining options. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again
