(3) Bedrooms with Private Full Bathrooms. Plus an additional Full bath in the hallway. (2) Living Areas on the Main Floor with TVs and Electric Fireplaces. All Bedrooms have TVs. Primary Bedroom has an Electric Fireplace as well. Bedrooms on 3rd Floor are vaulted with skylights that open to have that great beach breeze! Open concept Floor plan- one area for the kids and one for the adults. The Ground floor offers even more room for sleeping and hanging out. Large Tv there and a half bath. Queen size inflatable mattress available for use ground floor. Private back yard with Firepit and Corn Hole Game. Large Outdoor Shower.

Lots of areas to hang and relax outside- double decker decks front of house. Deck back of house. Balcony for the sunshine and a ground floor patio. House is tastefully decorated- with comfy seating everywhere.

Beds are all very comfortable- Main Bedroom has a Casper King size mattress. Kitchen is lane enough for multiple chefs. Double Oven and Huge Refrigerator/ Freezer. Large Island that sits (5) plus Dining table for (6).

This would be a great Summer Vacation for a large family or for (2) families with either small children or teenagers. Teens can take over the Ground floor!

Grill on back deck with a patio dining table and lots of other seating areas for your BBQ!

Come enjoy the beast that Margate has to offer- only (5) blocks to the beach. Walking Distance to Casels Market and Starbucks
