I give 1 star because of the nice guy at the front desk. Were 1 hr early and still give us our room. The cleanliness of the room is 0 star at all ypu can see in pictures. We ask for no smoking coz i have asthma. the room from outside you can smell the cigarette.. i never have problems to other travellodge before i have really good experiences but this trip is disappointing. No problem for parking they have alot of space surrounding the hotel.. We ended sleeping at the car coz alot of the nearby hotel have no vacancies. Lesson learned for me dont worry for about 50 dlls differences if you can enjoy your stay. 😔

1. The locks of the doors do not work 2. The room stinks really bad 3. The staff is cold behaved. They have an answer NO for everything. 4. No breakfast 5. No food items to buy available. 6. Lift and floor were super dirty. Dont go for this hotel. Its not value for money.

I’m NEVER BOOKING WITH HOTEL.com EVER AGAIN.

Hotel was DIRTY AND NASTY. When we cancelled HOTELS.com act like they didn’t want to refund my money even when they talked to the HOTEL MANAGER WHO AGREED to a waiver. AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER WITH HOTELS.com Im Never BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN. Hotels.com finally decided to refund me but told me 7-10 business days. Good thing I saved the message from them and sent the messages and pictures to my BANK and filed a dispute. I DONT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO BOOK WITH HOTELS.com. They so quick to take your money but take forever to reimburse you your money. I explain how dirty the room was. Blood from previous customers holes in bed. Room was non-smoking but smelled like smoke.

DO NOT STAY!! NOT FOR FAMILIES!!!!

The pictures don’t do it justice this place is so run down the paint is chipping every where you look, only one elevator works, they advertise free breakfast and then have a sign saying closed starting September it’s August so that didn’t make sense, phones in the room don’t work, employees are rude there were no towels in the room and had to go down to the front desk to get some the employee would only give me one even though we had a room booked for 3 people. Just stay away if you can help it. Also a lot of “adult activities” you get what I mean. Not meant for families.

The air conditioning was not operating correctly. The room was 80° inside. The staff did not move me to a new room until I begged. Then they would not compensate for a sleepless night.

It was infested with cockroaches, and the attendant would only supply us with 1 key. There were also only towels for 1 in the bathroom. Terrible. I showed the video of the cockroach and the kid said, "so what?" Unreal! I expected much due to their star rating

We found 2 roaches in the bathroom, the room didn't appear to be swept or cleaned or if it had been it had been a long time, the building smelled musty when you first walk in. Only encountered staff at check-in and they seemed nice enough. We ended up getting raid defend for the roaches, disinfectant spray and wipes and cleaned it up ourselves. Worked for what we needed it for, but likely won't be back.

Horrible

Hôtel insalubres, délabrer, qui empeste l’humidité et la moisissure. Tapis extrêmement sale, tuiles de plafond en train de tombé, tout est deguelasse et salle ! Je ne le recommande à personne. Horrible nous ne sommes même pas rester une nuit tellement qu’il était en piètre état, je ne peux pas croire que le monde dorment dans cette hôtel!
