Cleaning staff with steal from your room, stole money and a neck pillow of all things, they run out of food at the buffet fast. If you are young looking the stuff with not be fast to serve you at meals, the common area bathrooms smelled like raw sewage.

My family and I noticed a difference in how some employees treat Latino guests compared to people from other countries, with the exception of the trolley drivers and a few employees who provided very good service. Overall, it was a very bad experience
