To big of a property for amount of staff members. They lost our luggage for about 6 hours. Late check outs must be requested in person and at a charge. Food was nothing to brag about. Even the Italian restaurant was not good. Undercooked pasta and tasteless.

Need to deep clean rooms. Check in process is horrible took almost a hour to get checked in. Check in staff needs to explain stuff better I,e cards for pool towels, give a paper agenda of all activities, actually take you to your room. More activities through out the day.
