My room was pretty with a garden view, the staff was pretty good except for times receiving wrong information from different staff members pertaining to checkout and meeting Amstar transportation rep. The food was horrible I would rate it 3/10 the food was cold at both buffet restaurants.

People are not too friendly. Workers scream when they call for each other across rooms waking me up at 8 am. Some say hi and some don’t. Mosquitoes everywhere in the room as they leave doors open when they clean. Got food poisoning on last day from seafood at buffet.
