New carpet throughout and many rooms painted as well as new living room furniture and several bedrooms have new furniture.
5 Large Bedrooms, 1 king, 3 queens, 2 bunk bed w/ twins over full and a full-size sofa bed. Sleeps 14. Walk to the custard hut and bay beach for family activities. Absolutely no smoking in the home or on the property. The owner provides pillows and blankets for tenant use.
