Beach Haven oceanfront 1st floor duplex with 3 bedrooms to accommodate 8 guests. Home has a front deck. No pets and No smoking allowed on the property! Picnic table and grill available on the deck. Outdoor shower is a head only, no enclosure. Pillows & blankets provided for tenant use. Tenant responsible for cleaning the grill and filling the propane tank. Recent updates include new siding and some new larger windows to enhance the views.
